Really nice breakfast and comfortable dining room. Breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee/tea/ice water station in the lobby was convenient between meals, and a microwave was nearby for leftovers or items purchased from the hotel shop. Also, bottled water was available to carry to our rooms or out on our wanderings. Parking was just steps away, and 24-hour airport shuttle service was available, a relief to us since our flight landed at close to midnight.

It's hard to tell by looking at a map, but there didn't seem to be any restaurants we could walk to; that would be inconvenient for anyone without a car. We took the shuttle back to the airport after a good night's sleep to pick up the car we had reserved, so it worked out fine for us.

The location was simply the best. The shuttle was already at the airport when we got off the main entrance and only took couple of minutes to get the to the hotel. The driver and the whole staff were extremely kind. Especially the receptionist who greeted us and the person who were taking care of the breakfast. The room was clean, spacious and cosy, and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast had kind of limited options for vegetarians.

Breakfast was hot and filling with many options. Front desk and breakfast staff were kind and helpful, location and value of hotel were fantastic.

Upon entering the room there was a long hair on a padded bench and a bar of soap had been left, unwrapped in the shower. Cleaning staff was unwilling to concede for late checkout, despite turning down cleaning services on day 1.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious. I look forward to coming back whenever I visit NY again. I had no issues with the hotel room

I like the decorations and how clean the hotel was. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I enjoyed this location and I will return. The pool was really nice as well.

It was a really cleaned room, well spaced out. The breakfast was good although I didn’t like those sausages and I love breakfast sausages. The attenders were very nice from the front desk to the guy bringing out the hot fresh coffee.

The parking lot needed more lighting in some further spots from the building.

I liked how we entered and was greeted and how they filled us in. The room was great! Food was great i loved all the toppings and it was a great getaway!

I didn't really care for the shampoo and conditioner but other than that everything else was great

Carl’s breakfast area is a highlight of this location. This man is a gem! Personable, caring, conscientious are just a few traits. This gentleman is the reason I’ve chosen this location over other places to stay in town. If you value exceptional customer service, you will appreciate this spot.

The pool could use some sprucing up.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We liked it a lot the location is great and the hotel was the best!
