This was our second time staying here. The pool was nice, although a little cool. It had a breakfast and the room was pretty decent. It was quiet and right close to the interstate. It's not a four star hotel, but we weren't paying for one either. For the money, it was a great place to stay! If we need to stay near Buffalo again, we'd stay here.

Not much left for breakfast. The bathtub was missing the plug and the sheets had a couple of stains on them. Like a previous comment was made, the tub is very slippery!

King bed was very comfortable. Water pressure, temperature and spray nozzle in shower/tub were great. Tub had a rounded shower curtain rail for extra space and comfort. Room was clean. Room was pretty comfortable - had 2 chairs which is important if 2 people are in the room. Appreciated the refrigerator with a freezer area which allowed us to re-freeze our ice paks for our cooler.

Breakfast had a range of items - waffles, toast, yoghurt, mini-muffins, etc. but for us I saw no healthy options. Nothing like Raisin Bran or shredded wheat (we brought our own), or whole wheat bread. They had skim milk which we appreciated. The decor in hallways and rooms is dated (apart from granite counter in bathroom) but we will happily return because the everything was clean and comfortable.

I liked how fast and convenient it was to use a third party booking app. I booked on my way to the hotel and just had to confirm with my I.D. at the counter and got my keys within minutes. The room was just the right size, nice and clean too. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I disliked the fact that there weren't more fresh options for breakfast. Like diced fruits, bananas, and maybe a small hot buffet line. I wanted a big healthy breakfast before hitting the road again. But waffles was nice as well.

This is an older motel, but it was located conveniently off the freeway and the price was good. The bed, was so comfortable as was the pillows!

I didn't like that there was no elevator...had to lug all our bags up the stairs!

The location was perfect. The hotel was close to restaurants and right by a gas station. If you didn’t feel like driving, you could walk to any place you wanted to.

The receptionist was so nice and very friendly. She recommended us to move another room because our fridge in our stay was not working. My friend and I like our new room that we stayed because we could see our car park and the view. Definitely will come back.

For a 2 star I highly recommend clean lobby great room, my first thought walking into the room was I'm taking pictures and writing a good review thank you! Check in was smooth I booked online we practically walked in and got the key.

The pool was a bit small, so we didn't go swimming but we didn't book the place for the pool.

Proximity to our final destination. We’ve stayed here three times this year. Staff always friendly & helpful.

The tub must have a tub cover or something which is squishy. Functional but prefer a firm surface to stand in. Could have nicer towels..

Nice location and decent rate. I believe his name was Jim who was at the front desk super courteous and took us to room and they let us check in a little earlier since we were ahead schedule. Nice job Quality Inn Hamburg!

Best price very good attention to detail very well kept older hotel. pool was a plus. Breakfast was just okay, could have more selection. Nice to have juice and coffee 24/7. Would definitely stay again easy travel to Bills games.

Breakfast and stuff stored in the hallway. Not on you but tell the pizza and wing shops to stay open later for Bills late games.Was so looking forward to some Buffalo wings.
