Excellent option for one night stay driving Interstate 90. Near highway exit & gas station. Applebee's is across the parking lot and gives a 10% discount to Best Western guests. Staff at hotel were quick and friendly. All around a good place to stop - clean & comfortable at a fair price. Nothing fancy; it's clean and safe.

Parking lot access was confusing while the stores nearby had resurfacing done, but had nothing to do with the Best Western itself.

People were very nice that worked there, breakfast selection was wonderful

Location was a little tough behind the Applebee’s but once we figured it out, it was convenient

its just off a Main Street behind some fast food restaurants so you’d have to drive to go anywhere but you are just minutes away by car

Michelle at the front desk was superb - very warm, welcoming and personable. The property was well maintained, comfortable and clean.

Ollie at the front desk to check in was amazing. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and a treat.

It was all good.

The breakfast was good, my bed was very comfortable. Sheets were cleaned as well as everything in the room. The coffee was greatand The staff was friendly.

The breakfast could had more of variety. COVID CHANGED THAT I GUESS. Not great with cabs or ubers. Its very scarce out their from what i was told, being that my son's school Suny Fredonia is mins away , parents like myself needed that amentiy alot.

The room was reasonably priced, it was clean and comfortable, close to coffee shops, shopping and restaurants.

My key to the side entrance door didnt work so I had to use the main entrance.
