Brakfast was good and the bed was comfortable The location was close to the National Comedy Centre and the Lucille Ball and Desi Arnas Musemun The gym was adequate... The staff were helpful and friendly

The location was close to the National Comedy Centre and the Lucille Ball and Desi Arnas Musemun which is why I came to Jamestown NY

1. Large room with big window 2. Hot breakfast 3. Easy parking except 2 days when parking lot had to be empty for pavement replacing. 4. Staff & management went out of their way to move my luggage to car parked on street & loaded into my car for me. 5. Comfortable bed

1. Walls thin so close to midnight I had to ask people in room next to mine to lower voices so I could sleep (after I asked front desk to contact people in that room about noise).

The location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful with variety daily

One of the beds had bugs. The staff offered to-move us but we really didn’t want to move so they cleaned and wrapped it. It was done timely as we went out for sightseeing. Staff was accommodating.

I like the location of the hotel. When I visit the Jamestown area I stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good but it wasn't no option for people who do not eat pork.

The only thing I can say is the pool looked very disgusting. Both times I stayed at this hotel I could never get in the pool by the way it looks and it had dirt on the bottom. I think the pool just need new paint.

It was very clean staff was friendly and respectful of your concerns would definitely stay again.

One night at 3 30am delt with very loud noises from next room addressed it with the front desk and the were very happy to let me know to call them if it happened again

we checked in very late. the desk clerk was very alert and attentive, and even came outside to show us where to park. The first room we went to smelled like someone had been smoking. Hotel staff was horrified and apologetic and immediately gave us keys to a different room, which was very fresh.

Roberto, the night concierge, was exceptionally helpful and friendly! He was able to help me with a minor issue, and did so with a smile on his face. Great guy! The room was very clean when I arrived, and check in was easy. The breakfast both mornings was well stocked and tasty!

Unfortunately, the shower in the room had no water pressure. It came out like a dribble and I had to stand pressed against the shower wall in order to be in the water stream.

Staff at night were very friendly. Accommodating needs. Location is the best

Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly- some dirty mess in room area- breakfast was not a concern with men on duty. Dried few items only at 7:45. Pool was freezing so that was an upset

The location is gold! The select staff were brilliant and deserve all the praises for their hard work, only silver lining.

The night staff (Julia) was obnoxious along with the bunch of drunk unruly guests drinking in the lobby. They made me and my family feel overwhelmed. In all my travels across the world this hands down was a very unsettling experience. Note to self never staying here again!

Perfect location to the museums we wanted to see. Afraid of location being nosy wirh traffic and it was very pleasant. Breakfast was hot and loved the non dairy options. The lady the day we checked in had a few issues she was dealing wirh on the phone but she multi tasked well, handled in person customers tandomly and made sure everyone had the same wonderful experience

My mom wanted to use the pool but we could not find out if we could use the lift to help with hwr mobility. A sign would be nice( when staff is busy or away) that states if we can use it and if we need staff assistance to use it .
