Fabulous breakfast that changed up each day and was constantly refreshed...especially the coffee. They also had a FRESJH coffee and tea station going 24hrs per day. Location was perfect to downtown Jamestown. There was a Tim Horton's across the street for sandwiches and snacks (donuts) and a Bob Evan's in their parking lot. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The wifi worked fine and they had USA Today's out each day.

The side door entry lock did not work and they kept it open pried with a piece of wood...a bit of a safety concern here. The room was a bit small for two beds but it worked for us.

Location was good and staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Lots of hot water for showers! Breakfast was limited but what there was looked good. We ate at the Bob Evans that was just across the parking lot and that was really good breakfast.

The entrance into the parking lot had several large pot holes!

The breakfast was pretty good, especially the waffles were light and crispy. I was a bit worried as there were a lot of negative reviews about this hotel on Google Maps but it turned out to be very nice, clean, and with pleasant staff.

It’s rather expensive to stay here and it’s silly that I have to pay a $1.50 for a room safe I don’t use or need.

Everyone was nice. The rooms were clean.

The sink in our room didn't drain right. Would fill up quick and then take forever to go back down. Halfway through our stay our keys stopped working and had to go get new keys at 1030 at night

We were more than pleased with our accomodations! The price for this hotel was so low for the value we received. Everything was spotless and the bed almost as comfortable as our bed at home! We will definitely book with Clarion again on our next trip. Plus being so close to the Bob Evans restaurant was a bonus!

Breakfast and location were good.

Price I paid was not what I was quoted. I understand the credit charge for incidentals, I think that is unnecessary however. But, I didn't get back all of the charged amount. My total of everything price and charged prices were different. I wound up paying more than quoted.

Nice hotel with everything we appreciate - good room, comfy bed, good shower, good wifi. Best of all was the Bob Evans restaurant right across the parking lot! A great homestyle place with simple, tasty food. So happy to be able to walk to dinner and not have to get back in the car after a long drive.!

The beds were extremely comfortable. Normally, when I stay anywhere, I want to get back home to my bed. These beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby.

The continental breakfast wasn't the best it was just bread products.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the table with two chairs. The property is next to a Bob Evans. We are retired and late risers, so we could not avail ourselves of the hotel breakfast.

They put the beverage service (coffee, tea) away sometime in the early afternoon; we would have liked having it later in the day.
