Breakfast was very nice. Like how close hotel is to town...we walked both times we stayed with you

Did not like that the pool and hottub were not functional at all and this is how I often choose my stay because it is just another part of a quick getaway...and I did so again as I had stayed there with a group last year. For me, I felt that there should have been some upfront notice of this prior to our checking, as it didn't just happen that day or anything, or some sort of compensation, of which there was none. My name is Mary Lou, not Mary which so many assume though I clearly state Mary Lou as my first name.

The hotel is in a great location. After skiing, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants which were positioned close to the hotel. All areas of the hotel were very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly..m The swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room were beneficial. A hot breakfast was provided. The items were delicious & plentiful. We enjoyed our stay. .

Great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and a Tops grocery store across the street. We went with our 2 year old. Parked the car and strolled up and down their small stip for our relaxing 2 night stay. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They offered plenty of towels in the pool area. Breakfast included was great! They had tons to choose from. Including a waffle maker. They have a secluded patio kiddy corrnered off the pool and breakfast area. It was truly wonderful. So private. You feel like you're in the trees.

They only offer room cleaning services if you stay 4+ nights. It's apparently a Wyndham rule. It's not a huge deal/deal breaker, but it's good to know. I personally always like coming back to a clean room. I don't have to clean up myself while on vacation (spoiled). But again, it's not a huge deal. Just keep that in mind. Took me just a few minutes to tiddy up myself. Enjoyed their local music festival. Bring a cooler with some drinks/snacks and a blanket/chairs. If you're in town for the music festival. I would definitely stay here again.

Our go to place to stay, winter or summer. Always a great experience. Looking forwards to the renovations

The breakfast could use some work, the waffles ans coffee are delicious but the eggs and sausage are gross

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the room temperature was just right. The breakfast in the morning was great to have before heading back out on the road.

No complaints! I’ve stayed here numerous times through the last 25 years of passing through. Has never disappointed even during COVID.

It is a very good hotel. Clean and friendly. Good breakfast and perfect location. Nice swimming pool.

There was a noise or a hum from some working equipment outside the room but within the hotel which prevented from a good sleep. I believe it is a problem of this particular room on the last floor of the building. It would be fair to offer this room with a huge discount or take out of business at all until the problem has been fixed.

The rooms were bigger than expected which was great. The beds were super comfortable. They were able to provide us with adjoining rooms so that was a bonus.

The air conditioning in one room did not work and once reported they had no one available to fix it. It was also very humid and warm during our stay so sleeping was rough in one room. The coffee provided at breakfast was horrible as was the orange juice which must have been Tang.

Close to restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking. Friendly helpful staff. Large comfortable, clean rooms. Quiet and a nice little breakfast. Love the fireplace- so cozy

Fridge is small for the space and the microwave is hard to regulate. Adequate but not the best

Location, comfie spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, nice blackout curtains, quiet, indoor pool, good breakfast, nice workout equipment,and pretty foyer lounge. Decorated nicely for Christmas.

Check in woman was not very pleasant or helpful. Asked if we could check in early or leave our belongings. She said no and stated, "Where do you think you could put your luggage next to my feet?" My husband and son commented that she must hate her job or life, so we tried to shower her with kindness. Too bad that is your first impression of the hotel.

Amazing staff! The man with the beautiful long rust-colored hair was SO incredibly kind. We also loved the other desk man with the beard and long gray hair worn in a bun. They made our stay so wonderful.

None
