We were very impressed with the room and the amenities. The room and bathroom were very spacious. I was impressed with the products provided in the bathroom (good-sized bottles of brand named shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap) but a little disappointed to find them mostly empty. We were only staying one night and packed our own stuff, so it didn't really matter. I'm sure they would have filled them if requested! Otherwise, it was great. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable!

The property was clean. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were plenty of different foods available.

The toilet in our room would keep running if you didn’t go back and pull the handle up. The pool area was freezing. The pool had small pieces of trash floating in it. There were no pool towels available and used towels were left about.

Check in took 20 minutes. Bc obit one lady working and she was overwhelmed/under trained. There were 3 gentlemen ahead of me trying to pay for a room under a contract rate, but lady couldn’t figure out how to complete transaction. Another party sat on sofas calling third party for their room. It was a debacle.

Limited breakfast but ok. Clean hotel with a modern looking lobby. Easy access, close to restaurants. Train track just feet from hotel but possibly not a regularly used line.

Obviously there had been some serious water damage in the room from above. Surprised carpet and couch not replaced. Out of date, small screen tv. Pool water quite cool.

The hotel was noticeably clean. Smelled Clean, Looked Clean. Rooms were in excellent shape.

There are a handful of hotels in the area, and this one has a pool, but it was closed with no plan of opening at all during the stay. During my stay, there was a television show I looked forward to and planned my night around to find out that during checking, the hotel doesn't offer a Local CBS Station.

Comfy bed, nice and clean inn. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and good, the staffs really took their time to keep the dining area clean. Love the cookies

I could hear footsteps on floor 3 in my room on the 2nd floor, so the soundproof isnt the best

Jen at the desk was fantastic!!! She was able to give me an early check in on a sold out night and a late check out due to my daughter’s graduation starting at two. Whom ever worked over night was great also. The room next to me was making a lot of noise and moments later I herd their phone ring!!! She was on it asap!!!. Great stay, clean room, wonderful staff. I would stay again if ever in the area.

Just the noise next to me but that had nothing to do with the staff and I didn’t have a phone in my room but who uses those when you have a cell phone lol.

The bathroom was large and clean.bwenliked that checkout was at noon.

The king bed was hard and not as comfortable as our bed at home. The maids were knocking on the surrounding rooms yelling housekeeping and woke us up earlier than we wanted to be awake.

Great breakfast. Good location. Friendly service at front desk.

Our room had exposed sheetrock on the ceilings....maybe 3 panels. We supposed they had been repairing ceiling. Curtains were off their hooks & would not close properly.

I liked breakfast choices. Clean. Seemed more modern than some hotels.

Access road not well marked. Easy to pass by, then you pretty much are on entrance to highway. Lots of potholes on access road. A larger sign at entrance may help.
