Good choices for beverages at breakfast, but food mostly carb heavy . Microwave, safe and fridge in room. Carpet updated and fresh paint. Great products in the shower to use, shampoos...etc..Television good size.

Mix up about there being irons and ironing boards in room. Was told none in rooms and would have to get one from desk by 2 different clerks but on last day of stay I found one on the room. I did notify clerk that told me they were not available. I also was charged $49.99 for incidentals right off the bat that was not originally disclosed to me. Parking was very tight and not close in the rain. No plug near in room coffee station. Pillows were all very overstuffed, no choices to have flatter ones available.

Very large room, comfortable bed, easy check-in, fast elevator, reasonable price. Walk-in shower had good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Christina at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

Limited vanity space around the sink. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

It was beautifully located across from the University. Rooms had every essential item needed for a last minute stay. Shampoo conditioner, body wash etc. breakfast was included in the beautiful lobby area (waffles and pastries). Good coffee. Brandon was amazing at check in. He was informative, professional and most of all friendly.

Parking leaves a little to be desired for, lot is small and oddly shaped.

Nice area, outside taken care of. Under renovation inside but didn’t affect our stay. Our room must have been recently remodeled. Was very nice.

Air conditioner did not work well. Was not cooling off room and the room is small. Turning it on lowest setting (60F) did not do anything either The TV picture messed up and froze off and on. Hitting the home/guide button on remote took you to a channel that was very loud compared to others. Woke my husband up in the middle of the night trying to find a channel and it started blasting music. Minimal complaints though. AC was what we were most upset with but already in bed for the night since we checked in after a concert and went right to bed.

Excellent Staff…very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Extremely open room! Very clean and a nice size TV with great cable.

No better stay!! Loved every aspect. We usually don’t like pet friendly motels but this one was sooo clean you would never have known it was pet friendly unless you saw the doggy bones on the counter!😉 Bringing our dog next time!

Breakfast was ok. Location of hotel was good for us.

Staff was quite cold. Could have been friendlier to guest. Housekeeping staff came and cleaned room but took all dirty towels and didn't replace them with clean ones. Had to go ask for more towels so we could bathe.

Great location that was convenient for our plans for the week Good breakfast with many options. Lobby and breakfast bar were kept clean. Friendly and accommodating staff

TV viewing was spotty

Water for showers was warm. Since it was one night, we didn't make a fuss. When checking out, I mentioned and they said someone called, so it was reset overnight. So I should've called. I guess that's really a positive!

The hotel had recently being refurbed and despite the welcome info stating there was a fitness room, this facility was no longer available.

Everything was perfect... quality of service and facility was excellent! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and loved that coffee and tea was available 24-7!
