The parking lot was easy access, and the breakfast was really good. The staff was nice. The lobby was spacious and had nice seating. It was easy to gt around town from the hotel.

The staff was arguing with each each other a little bit - maybe keep that behind closed doors. The biscuits and sausage gravy was amazing - but only there one day. The coffee was undrinkable. It was weird to go to the local YMCA for pool usage, however, if you can tote your family there, it was a very nice pool.

The elevator made horrible noises. It was loud and had a loud bang that you could feel through the floor of the elevator. Most people we encountered used the stairs after their initial ride. However the horizontal thick and thin intermittent stripes on the stairs made it difficult to determine each tread. As bad as that was , it was better than the elevator.

We spent one night on a road trip to visit some colleges in western NYS, and the hotel suited our needs perfectly. The common areas and the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the free breakfast was decent and the folks working there were super nice.

It was clean and the location was great for our trip.

Checked in early at around 11am and there was a room available but on the second floor and we wanted a ground floor room so we were told there would be one ready at regular check in time which was 3pm however when we returned at 3pm there was not a ground floor room ready and we had to come back later to check in.. that was an inconvenience at that point as we were only there for 2 days. I believe a discount should have been given!

The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. The room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

We stayed in a king suite, the mattress was extremely firm and the pillows did seem a bit small. I wish they had more options for breakfast.

Very clean and a reasonable price

I had called the quality inn line before booking to see what breakfast included. They mentioned eggs and sausage which were not available at this location. That was one of my reasons for picking this location.

Room was overpriced, small, basic & could use updating. Nice that there was coffee in lobby during evening. The continental breakfast was unsatisfactory. Three different loaves of bread for toast. No bagels, danish or muffins. Only old bananas for fruit. No eggs, bacon or sausage served, but dud have waffle maker.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were a good size. It was good value in this respect.

There was a lot of spare furniture wedged into corridors and little room to sit in the breakfast area as a result. It also clogged the ends of corridors and the stairwells.

Even if something was running low, staff was quick to refill or replace whatever was needed. :)

Ok location fine, fruit could have been fresher, a Thomas muffin would have been nice,sturdier plastic knife and spoon,if no muffin how about a danish

Tv remote. Should have instruction in room.with eye problem could not see well remote instruction to small.instruction to read definitely would help
