Room was great. Beds were comfortable, bedding was clean, room was in great condition, no odors, and had plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom, overall a great room for value. Hot breakfast with plenty of options, would stay again if staying in the area.

Bar soap in lieu of liquid soap. No washing machine/dryer on location. Cold pool in cooler climate.

The breakfast was nothing special. Next time I would make waffles, maybe the better choice. The mini omelets were not great. Bagels were fresh so that's good. The staff friendly, asked if we were leaving for awhile so they could clean and they did a GREAT job. That would be the most important to me. Thank you.

Something went wrong with the tv, can't remember. It self resolved with a restart, no big deal. And the doors slam if you let them. Can be a bit noisy.

I have no idea what’s in Olean NY, but for some reason there’s this really nice, big hotel there. We stopped here while passing through to get home. The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff were lovely, and it even had a decent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and modern and had everything we needed.

The TV selections. I wanted to watch some tv to unwind and everything was sign up to use. I thought with picking a higher end hotel for the area, there would be more choices. I was quite disappointed.

The breakfast was very good. Also, everything was very clean and new. I would recommend this hotel to anyone doing a major road trip- It was very central to the highway.

The faucets were designed poorly- could not wash your hands or face. Management told us they were getting new faucets...good to hear. Overall, nothing very bad.

We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. A special shout out to Abbey who made a personal gesture to help our celiac daughter for very kind - thanks again Abbey! The hotel looks new with spotless rooms and facilities. The room sizes are good and the breakfast buffet excellent. The gym is one of the best we have ever encountered in a hotel with up to date equipment. We used the hotel as a base for visiting the forest and state park. There is plenty of free parking on the site and also a charging station for an electric car.

Really nothing not to like but just keep in mind that the double beds are as described and not king size. As a family of four with teens we were close to taking an additional room.

The staff was outstanding! I had a problem and they went above and beyond to help me resolve it! Very personable and kind as well! The hotel was immaculately clean.

Breakfast was really nice. I think the thing I would not give a 2 thumbs up for was the quality of the coffee. Not tasty , not to the same quality/standard as the food.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The lake was beautiful and was only a couple minute walk from the rooms. We were heading to Cooperstown, and the drive was only 10-12 minutes.

Genuinely nice and helpful staff plus super clean facilities. This hotel had nothing dirty, nothing broken or *out of order* as well as good breakfast and well maintained pool. I had a very pleasant stay.
