This is a very nice smaller hotel, convenient location. The staff are all just about the nicest of any we’ve ever encountered. We were able to check in a little early, and I told them at the desk that our group was traveling in two cars. They said that was fine, the parking lot is quite large for the property size. The hotel was completely full with eclipse visitors(us too!), but it was very quiet at night, the rooms are very noise proof. Our room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, no noisy fans or heaters. Elevator, stairwells, hallways were all clean, well lit.

Breakfast was disappointing. You hand them a form you’ve filled out for your room with the items you’d like, and they give you a paper bag with pancakes, omelets, or a jimmy dean corn dog thing to heat up in your room microwave. The pancakes were actually okay if you don’t heat them for the whole recommended time(not more than a minute!). The beverage choices are water or apple juice. There’s a “fruit cup” that doesn’t deserve further mention. The coffee in the lobby was actually quite good. Some fresh fruit would have been nice, maybe some pastries or granola bars, and skip that stuff in the bag.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and welcoming! The hotel is very pet friendly and gave us a treat bag for our dog at check in! They even gave us a hanger for our door to say pets were in there. The room was huge and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and I liked getting to order the night before, they had complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa station in the lobby. It felt very luxurious. We loved our stay and would do it again hands down!

The only thing we were a little sad about was that the pool was being renovated but that happens! We will have to stay once the pool reopens!

I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about this location! The staff was amazing, super friendly, and accommodating! I wish I had gotten the woman’s name that was at the front desk because she was just great! The price we paid for the room was totally worth it. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hallways, elevator, lobby, and breakfast room were all just as clean! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The place was nice and it was dog friendly. We stayed here because we could not bring our dog to the Seneca casino. All the employees that we encountered were very friendly. They gave our dog a bag of treats at check-in. I was pleasantly surprised. They also have free bus service to and from the casino - 24 hours a day.

Rooms were very nice, and the workers there were very polite. We were very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay there again, and tell others about White Pine Lodge.

Pool and Hot Tub was under construction, and the breakfast included was not that good. Thank goodness for Burger King next door.

I liked that the beds were comfortable and we had our own heater in the room. I also liked they had elevators in case we were located on the 2nd floor (we were not).

The room smelled like wet dog before we got the heat going and there was some sort of fur on the hotel pillows, which we did not use. The toilet seat was very loose. Those are things that should be checked over before you have people staying in those room.s

The breakfast selection was small. I think adding yoghurt and some cereals would help with milk.

Did not know that we had to fill out a card for someone to clean the room. Found out by a different front desk clerk the next day.

Really great value! The folks checking us in and checking us out were all really friendly, and the room was comfy with everything (facilities, bathroom) all up-to-date. Breakfast was pretty simple in a paper bag, which you could take to-go or eat in your room — perfect and enough for us!

It was cozy and perfect for what we needed. Right off the highway, 15min from Holiday Valley and a nice casino just down the street. The price was almost half of what other hotels were charging for Presidents weekend

Breakfast/New Concept to me. I thought it to be excellent. The front desk on this visit, excellent attitudes coming in & checking out.

Better communication between front desk & Housekeeping as the lady from housekeeping came bounding thru my deadbolted door while I sat having a phone call with my son. NO KNOCK might I Add.
