For its price and hotel class, this accommodation exceeded my expectations. I booked it at the last minute for a one-night stay, focusing on price and proximity to the highway (and its ratings), and found it to be very nice: a clean, comfortable, well-lit room with finishings that certainly were not fancy, but also were not dated, tired, or sad, in the way that those at many cheaper roadside motels can be. The free breakfast was also surprisingly varied, with a lot of offerings in a large, comfortable breakfast room.

Our room had a connecting door to the room next to it, which was so thin that the sound from our neighbors' t.v. was audible for every hour I was awake. I also found the two staff members I interacted with to be brusque and unwilling to offer even a casual "oops, sorry!" for minor errors or inconveniences (like the barely lukewarm water in the shower, which I was told was just a temporary problem). That said, they were reasonably efficient.

The location was great. They have a bonanza restaurant connected to it so we didn’t have to go anywhere for supper. We are so tired that it was perfect. The hotel was amazing. It was so quiet. We did not hear a pin drop the entire time we were there. We only spent a Saturday night there people were great. The pool was beautiful. The breakfast was very good. They had a lot to choose from and then people that don’t want to eat breakfast. They can just go into bonanza or eat breakfast. There was clean. The bathrooms were clean so comfortable. I had a good night sleep, but I slept like a baby that night , but I can express it. The place was really full. I’ll definitely be going back when we’re in that area.

We’d like everything, but if we had to say one thing, the only thing that I didn’t like is that there’s not an elevator but again when I found that I asked if we could have first floor and they gave it to me with no problem

Best sleep I gotten in a long time. The bed did justice on this old bones and back. I woke up wanting to take the bed home with me. Peace and quiet! Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Just all around comfortable!

Maybe adding meat like bacon to the breakfast bar. However, breakfast was still very good and you had nice choices! I'm a toasted English muffin kind of girl with peanut butter, sliced bananas over it and drizzle honey with nice cup of coffee, thank you!

Easy access to the highway, updated and comfortable rooms, good choices at breakfast. Helpful and pleasant breakfast and cleaning staff. Good price.

I’m not sure if the coffee machine in the breakfast room was operating properly, and I have not seen one like it before, but the coffee was really watery and undrinkable. There was a coffee station in the lobby with good coffee, so that made up for it for me.

This location was easy to get to, although a bit away from other amenities. The rooms were very clean and the staff welcoming. Breakfast was a nice touch.

Not much, some meat options for breakfast would’ve been good for the bagels etc. As with lots of Quality Inns they are a little dated in the decor but still clean. The pool wasn’t operational, which we were looking forward to.

We had a special need as a result of running a bit early for check in......a car full of items that needed to be unloaded in order to accommodate two disabled passengers and their wheelchairs for a later meal out. We called ahead and we were able to check in early for no additional charge as a result of a room already prepared. We were very pleased. And we had room in our car to take our passengers to dinner and store their wheelchairs in the back of the Outback. The adjacent (attached) Bonanza made it very convenient for an easy evening meal. We'll be back! Thank you!

The variety available for the breakfast was very good. I notice things like landscaping and flowers and this place is exceptional in those areas.

The entrance from the highway needs major work. I come here every time I travel in this area. So that entrance has been damaged for at least 2 years. They need to fix it.

Great location. The attached Bonanza Steakhouse was a great place to eat, the buffet was impressive and delicious. The included breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was great. Price was great. We loved our stay and will stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Parking was plenty of. Room had a mini refrigerator, microwave oven, and a small table. Bed was comfortable. The internet was pretty good.

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. The scrambled eggs looked & tasted like they were made of powder eggs. But everything else was ok.

Due to horrible conditions of previous confirmed hotel we were forced to find a new last minute hotel. This hotel found us a room when we could not find any others. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was small but good. Attached Bonanza Steak House was a great meal/buffet for the price. Overall experience was great.
