The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. No questions went unanswered, and no need was unmet. The location is great. The hotel and surrounding areas were chill and quiet.

The room was great for our needs. Clean and comfortable. The cafe was great and the food and drinks we ordered were very good. There is a gym and a pool which is wonderful.

The stay was awesome!!! I liked the design elements of the nesting table, the bathroom barn door and the cute pull out bed. The king size bed was comfy with a cozy blanket. There was a fitness center = 0 excuses. A 12 pm checkout, appreciated.

The only thing I didn't like was the pricey breakfast menu/buffet. The hotel is an area that has awesome breakfast places nearby including Wawa. So, it was definitely a hard pass on breakfast. The menu choices sounded good. The muffins and such looked appealing. But, eh nope.

Initially, we got the wrong room assigned. Once available, they moved us to another one and compensated us at the bar for the inconvenience. Liked the entrance of hotel with comfortable sitting room, PC stations, small shop, bar, complimentary fresh water and indoor pool. Secure elevator.

Spacious room, but awkward set-up of couch. Hidden coffee station, not very accessible, hard to use. Upkeep and lack of standard housekeeping/maintenance for the rooms. Some things in disrepair upon check-in (broken drawer, loose door handles, missing soap dish, broken shampoo holder, ceiling paint coming off, remote control in-op, etc.) Unlike the 8th floor, the second room on 5th floor never got cleaned, even though housekeeping approached us ensuring us she will take care of us. She never cleaned the bathroom or floors, nor made the bed, just emptied trash and replaced towels. Toilet hasn't seen a brush in quiet some time. Rooms need to be properly cleaned, functional and 100% inspected before check-in. Breakfast was ok, but pricey for small portions.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Television had many channels, including the news I watch.

The room had a smell, like it might have been a smoker’s room previously. The body wash container I. The shower was empty and not refilled. There was only one k cup in the coffee supplies, and it was decaf. Only two small powdered cream packets. I had to call the desk to request regular coffee k cup and more creamers. The breakfast buffet was not very tasty: the baked goods had just been defrosted and not warmed, no toaster for bread and bagels, lukewarm watery eggs.

The check in experience was horrible, the staff member that checked us in was very rude and argumentative! He would not honor the AAA discount that we were quoted when we booked! Would not even look at my email with the confirmation number! It was his way or no way! It was so bad I just gave up and paid what he said ! Because of how my family and I were treated by him I will not be staying there again when I visit Philly! The Hotel itself was Beautiful!

We always stay here when visiting Philly. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, beds are comfy, just a nice vibe for a city hotel

You have to pay for parking in their lot. There aren't any other options if you drive in, so you're on the hook for an extra $14 no matter what. Still don't quite understand the thinking on that....

We liked the room and the bed was comfortable

need to be easier to get breakfast as we needed to leave early to get to my oldest grandson's graduation as there was such long line at the cafea and service was slow my daughter in law and grandson didn't get time to eat Maybe some prepackaged items that should be auto checked out would help

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was good but at $19, as I don't eat a lot, I didn't feel as if I could get my money's worth. I ordered off the a la carte menu, but an egg, bacon and toast was more expensive than the buffet at $23.

Check in was easy and staff was courteous. The In house Bistro lounge was cute, thanks Jackie for letting me know the night spots to visit. Love all the eateries in walking distance. BALA INN SPORTS BAR, TGIF, LONGHORNS, PANERA BREAD, CHICK FI LA, TARGET. Will definitely stay here again ❤️❤️

Nothing, everything was great.

The restaurant staff were outstanding. My bed was very comfortable, but I had to practically pole vault to get into it. It was very tall.

The elevator carpeting was filthy. The couch and chair in my room were worn and needed replacement.
