The breakfast was delicious. It was better on Friday then Saturday though. More variety. The Staff was very helpful and cheerful. The room was clean and a decent size. Love that it is pet friendly.

There is not much that I didn't like. The only thing is because I have a dog, and I need to walk her, I wish that I would have been on the first floor. Also, like I said above, the breakfast was better on Friday. It was still very good on Saturday, but the choices were much better on Friday.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. Our room on the fifth floor was neat, comfortable and very quiet. The hotel was also in a convenient location. Breakfast had a lots of good options. The hot food was hot and the atmosphere was good.

Bathroom was outdated. The toilet was very low. Otherwise it was good.

I feel if other colleges are there. How can you charge a customer more for your hotel stay. Even thiu you have been booked for months. I feel that is wrong on all levels

Not to charge me more for my hotel stay because of other colleges are having their football games...

Everything was great! The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was the price. The room was very comfortable, the view was great. The price was steep! Everyone was friendly! Thank you.

The staff are fantastic very friendly and the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel . The host was friendly and helpful. Place is very clean

The beds are to hard my back hurt every morning. And the pool is inside but not heated or they had the heater turned off it was too cold to be able to take advantage of the pool.

I gave them a good review. But the price was a little high. We visit relatives in the area and we normally stay 1 night a few times a year. Didn't know they were pet friendly. I had to pay a 50.00 pet fee. What could I do at the time but pay it where else could I go at that time of day.

Ryan at the front desk was very helpful. We were having trouble with the wifi for my wife's work laptop and he went out of his way to help us get it working.

Everything about the hotel itself was fine. The only reason we might consider another place in that area in the future is there aren't any restaurants that meet our expectations. The Bob Evan's was fine but we couldn't find anyplace else that we liked or wasn't fast food.

Quiet and comfortable beds.

1. Kid at front desk needs a serious haircut. You look like a girl. I am suprised management allows this. You were professional, but seriously look like a freak. Not trying to be nasty, just honest. You are in the business world, now dress accordingly. 2. Mold in bathroom shower stall. For $140/night hotel, you can do better. 3. Bed and room service (towels) between the two nights I was there.

Friendly staff, quick check-in, everything we needed, included hot breakfast.

Prefer Kuerig coffee maker & rooms/bathroom not updated, but otherwise fine!

We love the Hampton Inn. We try to stay there whenever visiting family in the area. Clean rooms and free breakfast at a decent price.
