The housekeepers and the maintenance man, Rob, are very friendly and helpful. Rob went out of his way to fix a problem with the ac unit. We were hot for part of the evening and all night. My mom is 71 years old, and Rob realized the importance of our situation right away. We clean our room, but the housekeepers provide help promptly if we need something. Rob and the housekeepers are the best.

The location was nice and it was comfortable. The staff was kind. The rooms are spacious.

Our room smelled of smoke and therefore all our clothes did too. Even after buying air freshener.

Loved I could have pets. That I didn't have a maid to worry with my dogs. That is was so close to the base. I felt safe.

The kitchnet was out dated and well worn; but they were in working order.

I'd to state that everytime I stay I always have a pleasant time with the knowledgeable staff at the front desk amd are always helpful too myself and family members.

The location is great! There were no issues with my reservation. The room was a very nice size. Parking was easy.

The hotel itself is old, and I understand that. However, the carpet was horrendous. The facets in the tub and on the sink are on their last leg.

David and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly, respectful and very professional.

On our last night the people next to us was playing music loudly and banging on the railing. I was too tired to complain. So I turned the TV up and fell asleep eventually.

Mr. David and Mrs.Marva is wonderful with helping with the check in and the accomodations with the guests. Great place to stay.
