The property was in an awesome loaction. I was close to everything in the Columbia area. The staff was AWESOME! Especially K, she above and beyond whenever had an issue. My air conditioning unit was not working and she immediately came to my room to investigate. She offered another room and I informed her that I would change rooms the next day. She always had a smile on her face and always willing to help or assist.

My air conditioning unit in room 311 did not work. My shower was slow to drain. The outside of the property has bad curb appeal. The building could use a paint job. The furniture in the rooms were dated and worn with minor damage to the walls.

We had left the hotel next door because of an untenable situation. It was nearly 10 pm. Tre was the desk clerk on duty. Even though she was training a new hire, she took the time to allow us to preview the room. (This is not usual policy. She just went above and beyond. ) The room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. Tre was our superhero that night. Country Inn and Suites should be very proud of this facility and even more proud of their exemplary employee, Tre.

Daytime staff member LaTrell(?) is fantastic! Helped with initial booking by phone and more when we arrived...

We arranged a 4 a.m. arrival.. I called from on the road at 3;45 a.m. and advised we would be 45-50 minutes late. The person said "I have to make my report at 5 am and if you are not here I will have to report you as a no-show." This was a little disconcerting, as we are older (71) and did not want to speed to get there, but it sounded like we would lose our room. Someone needs some phone training... BTW, we are no longer living in Hong Kong, but now Kentucky...

The staff was friendly. They were able to accommodate our early check in request. The breakfast was great!! Everyone seemed friendly and willing to help!!

We stayed on the first floor, right next to the storage closet. The smell was a little weird, but other than that, it was great!! I didn't like that they started the washing machine at 7AM- right next to our room.

You guys had scrambled eggs sausage links and an automatic pancake machine ! Next morning sausage patties biscuits it was delicious !

The bath tub in our room was really dangerous had to but a towel down in the bottom to keep from slipping ! I ask the desk people they said they couldn't find a tub mat that wasn't in it's place. But we dealt with it with a towel.

Excellent value for the price. Comfortable beds, nice clean rooms(just need a little updating), internet worked well. Good coffee and my son liked the breakfast. Pool looked good but we didn’t get to use it this time (passing through on road trip) Friendly and helpful staff

Not very quiet. Could just have been our room on 1st floor. We had an adjoining room and could hear our neighbors quite well next door. Also heard lots of footsteps over us on upper floor and noise in hallway. We weren’t “bothered”, just watching movies and tuning it out. I’m a sound sleeper and it stopped early enough that we could sleep, so it was no issue. But it could be an issue for someone else.

Almost everything!! Staff was amazing! Room was great! Even the breakfast was good! Only thing that we had a complaint about was the amount of chlorine in the pool. Our eyes were burning so bad ten mins in we couldn’t enjoy it and had to leave. Other than that it was an amazing stay!! Thank y’all!!

Amount of chlorine in the pool. Had us sneezing and our eyes burning within a few minutes.

I love the cleanliness of the establishment and the courtesy of the staff. It's a dip somewhere on the 2nd floor hallway that could be fixed, but overall my family love this hotel. My recommended stay everytime we visit this area!!

The 2nd floor has a dip in the hallway floor between rooms 216-224. Fix that, thank you! I will be very observant to see if my recommendation was really read and looked that!! Toodles😍🥰😘

The hotel manager was very rude and unpleasant. She was not inviting or very pleasant to the visitors' guests of the hotel. In all the years of me, traveling to different hotels. This manager was the worst that I have ever encountered. The hotel manager never smiled. She never gave us eye contact. She was a bad representative for the hotel. Being an African American sister. I would have thought she would have been a little more pleasant. I understand that sometimes people may be having a bad day or going through something. But through my life journey? I have learned to leave that attitude outside the door when you walk into your job. I would recommend for the hotel manager to get some customer service coaching when dealing with the public.🤗🤗 Thank you, Mrs.& Mr. Hickman

We had the Jacuzzi suite and there's really not much else to say. How can you go wrong with a Jacuzzi suite for the price they're asking? Not to mention good wifi, tasty breakfast in the mornings, and housekeeping doesn't bug you unless you want them to. Location is also SUPER convenient. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
