The design of the rooms and the price of the stay were outstanding. Why the city isn't redeveloping the area surrounding the hotel is a mystery to me; it's on active railroad tracks, near power and fire station facilities, industrial park buildings and some abandoned warehouses. The bedding was deluxe and I was extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi was outstanding with more free premium channels than I knew existed and no shopping ones. I wish they'd put a password on their Wi-Fi as I'm uncomfortable using unsecured Wi-Fi, but there were so many pluses I didn't expect at that price: free coffee 24/7 in the lobby, and microwave, refrigerator, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, and continental breakfast during the week with a hot buffet breakfast on the weekends. Ice machine on the second floor of a three-story building (I'm much prefer to stay in low rise buildings than high-rises just in case of fire).

The rooms needed upkeep: the door stop broke so there was a huge hole where the door handle punched through the drywall, there was a little baseboard missing and some ceramic tile cracks in the walk-in shower were repaired with a huge smear of caulk rather than something reasonable like leveled water putty. There were stains on the doors and walls (it wasn't dirt; I tried to clean it myself) that need a stain-blocking primer & repainting or touchup. The AC unit was occasionally loud for no perceptible reason, and the toilet flush squealed (which for some reason made me laugh every time)

The young lady at the front desk when I arrived was very pleasant and accommodating. She was also very informative. The young man that came I'm after her that night was just as pleasant and accommodating. The morning staff was a breath of fresh air as they were also pleasant and accommodating. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would patronize them on future visits and recommend their services.

Everything was 100% worth it. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures but the experience speaks for itself!

The Room was not clean probably and I bearly was getting service from housekeeper. I did like the fact I payed $100 for deposit and not got anything back

Had a problem with my booking reservation. Spent way too much time on getting my money back from an error on Bookings end. The first support person lied about me being refunded after she spoke with front desk person from Gallus. The second support person from Booking got the issue fixed but with a little attitude and smart mouth towards the owner of Gallus. So my experience and stay at Gallus was quite interesting.

Staff was amazing, it was comfortable, had everything we needed.

Started off with a broken tv, moved rooms to a broken AC, but the staff was great and got us to a room where both the tv and the AC were working.

I love the location. It wasn't loud or noisy. The staff was very nice. The room was ready upon arrival. The room was clean and fresh. As expected. The king-sizee firm bed gets a +10. My teen daughter loved it, also.. Breakfast was served.When we are in the area again, we will definitely stay again.

I don't have a dislike.

Spacious room. Very cleen. Modern appliances. Good parking. Pretty comfortable bed. Nice TV screen and workstation. Decent wifi suitable for work. Very good price.

Had to ask for a new room key 3 times as it didnt work after using it once. They didnt clean my room 1 day even when I left it at 9AM. A bit far from everywhere to walk. Car needed 100%.

The rooms setup was different and unique and I really liked it compared to any other hotel I've reserved.

The hallway setup was suspect.

Nothing but coffee for breakfast. No orange or apple juice. Could buy a Coke from the from desk but it was breakfast, not lunch.

The night time clerk was amazing. Brought up my cell phone that I left at front desk,before I even knew I left it there. Also changed my room when I told him my room was too hot.He did it fast with no problems. Very nice guy. Very personable and was there to please me.
