The hotel was clean staff very friendly location was great very close to Convention Center,breakfast was great great setup that way it was room for everyone to navigate without being in each other's way!!Walking distance to alot of restaurants and Publix!

The homeless people walking around at night in parking lot and them screaming in the parking lot @9am when we are trying to(family)leave out for our daughter high school graduation walking up to our kids asking for hand outs!!!

The property is well-maintained. It is located close to grocery stores and other establishments (a few minute's walking distance). Springhill has spacious rooms and a separate bathroom and toilet. What is most enjoyable is the quietness?

Nothing. But if I had to say would be parking when it's late. It gets pretty full so you may have to park near the back of the property. A few residents park crooked. The reason I ended up parking there. It's Not a big deal unless you don't like walking.

I think the best moment we had while at the hotel was talking with Shirley one morning at breakfast. She really has a presence about her that immediately welcomed us, and she made us feel like part of the family. (Please let Shirley know we remembered her) I could have chatted with her all day! :) The muffins and sugar waffles at breakfast are also absolutely delicious. We also thought the beds in the room were very comfortable. The water pressure in the hotel feels like a massage! I really can't think of anything to complain about. We had a really good time!

The breakfast needed a few more selection. The gentleman was not that helpful and was very dry. I am a Marriot Reward member and is not my first time staying with Marriot.

Everything as advertised. Room was great, pool was heated, free breakfast was excellent. A wonderful stay for a family trip. All staff were friendly and helpful but Miss Shirley was the best! Her bubbly personality and exceptional hospitality made our stay special.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the location as it was close to so many restaurants and was a publix next door. The heated pool was fantastic and the customer service was great .

The bathroom doors were awkward and didn’t lock.

The room we chose had a balcony with a side view of the gulf; beautifully decorated; had two beds quite distant from each other and with a quarter of a simulated decorative wall separating the two; each one with their own TV. Spotless clean, pleasant, and very comfortable.

The room had a little musty smell the sofa bed was broken and the mattress was very stained!!!Kids slept with us in 1 bed

The Phone didn't work in our room, back to the remote was tapped up, they make enough money to replace a 10$ remote and the phone really man. The door handle to the restroom was broken, plus no vent with the toilet that's right next to your bed and sofa. Stinky.. pool was small but always empty. but really ended up loving my stay peaceful feeling of the crazy homeless but that's everywhere

The staff were all so please. The breakfast was delicious and lots of healthy choices. The shower was the most amazing of my life. Bed was very comfortable. We liked the layout of the suite. Terrific!
