Very updated clean hotel with a spacious room. We were only a few blocks from the State House which is a beautiful building to go see. They do have tours but we were too late. New Years fireworks there were nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided us with a map of the area. Parking is behind the hotel and $16 a night. We were disappointed with the breakfast though which had slim pickings that looked like they had been sitting there for a while. No orange juice and the juice they did have was watered down.

Breakfast was sub standard.

I absolutely love how clean and nice the room was. The customer service at the front desk was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. The location of this hotel is spot on.

I didn't like having to pay for parking at the property, but it gave me comfort knowing they had a night security

The location was perfect for attending a concert and being within walking distance to restaurants & the event facility.

There were no vending machines to get drinks from. The ice maker didn't work, either. There was only one working elevator.

The rooms could have been a little more cleaner for as the floor bathroom and I thought the house keepers freshen up your room everyday that did not happen and we was there 3 nights l had to ask for fresh towels.

Spottily clean, great location in the old part of town, close to restaurants (although the one across the street will need reservation). Nice surprise was the complimentary happy hour (wine, beer, popcorn, cookies). Breakfast was very good; additionally, there were brown-bag breakfast packages ready for the guests at check-out. Very courteous staff.

Although still comfortable, walls are paper thin - so, depending on how loud the guests next door are, that could be a problem - we had two guys next door chatting, but thankfully they did not take too long to go to sleep. You can hear the traffic outside too, as daylight comes. There’s a parking fee, but all hotels in the area do; this one was a little cheaper than others. Tub was clogged and there was no body lotion, which most likely was an oversight since all the rest was perfect.

Great location, clean and stocked

a service attendant at the front kept telling everyone in line to not be drunk when coming back from the concert and calling us youngins'. I'm 33 with children and know how to act at hotels. I think there's a better way to tell (who you think may be drunks simply because they look young) to be respectful and considerate of others. Just seemed inappropriate. Just check in guests and try to avoid irrelevant conversations, especially when there are long lines.

location to our CANCELLED event. Event was cancelled 1.5 days before event 11/12 and I was not able to get out of the booking.com cancellation fees due to booking.com saying it was hotel’s decision and hotel staff saying it was booking.com decision. needless to say we travelled to Columbia from North Georgia to use the room ( $220 dollars was not something I wanted to just throw away) obviously our initial disappointment is with the venue and secondly on the hotel cancellation policy. the hotel itself is fine the situation again frustrating and disappointing

Great location for safe walking and dining in downtown, Great breakfast. Everything else was up to Hampton standards.

$16 plus tax for parking. Was a surprise when we arrived.

Breakfast was ok, most of the hot items were just luke warm but it was ok. Waffles were the best item on the buffet because they were made fresh.

No issues, everything was good.

It was close to everything down town. The hotel was in renovations but that didn’t matter it understandable. We loved it and the breakfast was awesome
