Proximity to my child’s dorm and Main Street. Easy parking. Very helpful staff comfortable bed.

The first room I was in smelled of cat urine so they had to move me and the refrigerator didn’t work. I felt like the floors were a little sticky and the floors around the elevators were dirty and never cleaned during a four-day stay

At the property I was immediately taken care of by Serena at the front desk her professionalism is through the roof and when I had a issue she handled it immediately. Every staff member that I encountered look professional and greeted me. The room was clean and comfortable with accessibility showers. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!!

Someone should have told us prior to check in that it was not complementary we didn’t know until the morning of breakfast that the hotel charges for breakfast and the front desk over night staff were extremely rude he was not helpful and purposely ignored my questions where can I find ice and can I please get some bottles of water

Very convenient location. We live in Blythewood but had an event that we were helping with that was on Gervais. This hotel was only 6 minutes away from the venue. Once we were done with the set up it took us no time to get back to the hotel so we could freshen up and get back to the venue. Minutes away from great food and night life.

The indoor pool hours were a little unclear.

Very convenient location particularly if you are visiting the University. Comfortable rooms and functional facilities. The pool can be really nice, specially during the heat months.

The breakfast (both paid and complementary) feel just the same average quality limited option.

Massive problems with the staff: 1) the waiters and the people at the front desk are extremely rude 2) although there were a lot of workers walking around, there was a huge line at the reception. We waited almost 15 min just to check out 3) everyone is so slow, we waited 15 min for a coffee during breakfast 4) the staff is unhelpful and incompetent. We asked our waiter for a beer menu, he said there is no menu. We asked what kind of beer they have, he answered, we chose and ordered, then he came back and said that there was a mistake and that they do not have this beer. Frustrating

We have stayed several times now- since last year - our daughter is at USC and we are from Va. We have stayed in a few other hotels and this is our favorite. Ample parking and clean. Staff super nice. We’ve only eaten there once but the food was very good too.

The property was clean and the staff was courteous.

I wanted to cancel the stay and I was denied the cancellation due to not canceling two days ahead of time. It was an over night stay I was not there long enough to determine if I did not like something.

Loved the breakfast and the staff at restaurant were exceptional! This made the dining experience there so great! The room had a foggy window and hair in the shower. We paid a fortune for the room bc it was parents weekend at South Carolina so just expected these items to be better. But the location is great and close to campus.The people in the restaurant and front desk made up for the lacking in the room!

The location was convenient to great restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel. The front desk and especially Maria provided exceptional customer service. She is golden

We did run out of toilet paper Sunday morning, but there were some Kleenex we could use. It would be nice to have the trims painted as they were chipped.
