Location is perfect for walking to Main Street attractions. We stayed Friday night so that we could walk to Soda City Market on Saturday morning which was only approx 60yds from the hotel entrance. Bed was great. AC was excellent and adjustable in the room. Rooms are very quiet. We were on second floor on Taylor Street and neither street nor room noise were noticeable. Room was clean with a great ceiling fan with variable speed to suit your needs. Coffee was great.

Shower head and pressure were disappointing. Literally about 8 streams of water at low pressure. Breakfast is yogurt, bagels, pastry, and slider chicken biscuits.

We loved the very convenient location and enjoyed lots of walking around the tidy and safe city streets. The eclectic decor was really great, the staff excellent and the beds comfortable.

Definitely bring your book light if you read books- the lamps are nice, but not adequate for reading in bed. Next time, (and I hope that there will be one!) I will ask first as to which room is available. Our first room had a large window, our next room (first floor) was rather dungeon like with only one small window looking out on a parked car.

Me and my hubby was greeted with a warm smile, laughs and conversation with jess. She got us check in early at our request. The lobby was so festive and nice clean. The room was beautiful, clean. The placement of the room was nice with a great view of the front. Chris, was also friendly and nice. He provided us with our welcome complimentary drinks. He also took pics of me and hubby for our anniversary.

The only bad thing i can say is that the water shower pressure could have been better and the breakfast to me could have been more of a variety type whole breakfast

At the front desk to greet us, Jess, who also was very helpful via a phone call I made prior to our stay. Jess was professional, helpful, patient and absolutely the perfect employee to represent The Trundle. How lucky were we to get to meet the owner Rita. She appeared every morning and took the time to greet, chat and ask each guest how their stay was going and was there anything else The Trundle could do to accommodate the guests. What an extra special attention to detail by doing that and also showing guests how committed to making us comfortable and the hotel a success. IT IS A SUCCESS!!

There wasn't anything not to like.

All staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly. They staff was amazing. The breakfast was awesome. The location is great, right down the street from the concert (within walking distance). Parking right across the street in the parking garage. The room was very nice. And we were given a complimentary beer or wine upon check in.

I felt like it was a bit pricey, but I'm sure it's because it was a boutique hotel and the location.

Neat boutique hotel and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations for dinner. Bed was super comfortable and room was large with good soap, shampoo and conditioner, and lotion.

Odd layout, room was on the 1st floor and dark and looked out over an alley. I was a little nervous being a solo female traveler and tucked away in the back on the 1st floor.

We stayed at the Hotel Trundle twice during our trip to the southern states. The first time we checked in, it was around 0100 and found the reception staff very helpful. The complimentary drinks on arrival were an added bonus. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel offers parking the hotel is positioned perfectly to be able to explore the city by foot. The market on a Saturday morning is literally just around the corner.

A local cafe supplied the breakfast options and although they were very good, we would have preferred a lighter option ie cereal and fruit to be included in the menu.

Unique, very comfortable, front desk staff very kind.

My room had a photo of a cat and I am scared of cats but for those that love cats this will not be an issue as I do not believe every room have the same decorations. In addition, the cost for the hotel was a little steep $300 for one night. Lastly, the parking was limited and there was an additional parking fee.

The ice machine right outside our door; First floor room was dark (high exterior window with limited natural light and a view of a blank alley wall); email communication regarding servicing the room (with a non-reply taken as not wanting service).

I loved the fact that you can relax in the lobby with some great wine in a good atmosphere.Brianna was a high score for us she was so very pleasant and nice and explained everything to us..she is a great face of the hotel y’all have a great thing with her being there
