Loved the breakfast. Coffee. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and potato patties. 2 kinds of cereal. Bisquits. Waffle maker. Juices, fruit, yogurt, pastry. Facility was very clean and messes were wiped up immediately. Also, location was right off the interstate and very convenient!

The doors shut loudly and for over an hour starting around 9pm, kids were running the halls and slamming doors. I called the front desk 3 times, housekeeping once, and even called the landline of the hotel from my other phone and no one ever answered the phone. I was not able to report the noise to anyone at the hotel.

We traveled from Maryland for a funeral. We arrived around 3Am to a sign on the desk that said “BRB” so I figured they were in the restroom. We waited about 30 minutes and called the number for the hotel. The phone rang and a man came out of the back room where I guess he was sleeping. It was late but we booked this hotel knowing we would be late and it said 24hour desk service. I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy. But we stood there at 3AM for 30 minutes before being helped. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Just not great desk service if you arriving late.

I had no idea that this was a brand new hotel. Our stay was very nice we really enjoyed the breakfast bar.

No complaints

First of all, the staff is so kind!!! And so helpful! Everyone we interacted with was so sweet. It felt like family, which may be strange to say about a hotel staff. Kindness makes such an impact! There was a great selection for breakfast, and seriously it was probably the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had! The hotel room was very clean and the mosaic and decor in the lobby was stunning.

The only thing we didn’t love was there was some significant mold growing on a low spot on the wall in our room near the floor, which was concerning because we were traveling with our baby. Again, this hotel was SO CLEAN so we know it was an isolated incident. Everything else was spectacular!!!

The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and visually appealing. I felt safe, even when walking outside, at night, with my dog. The breakfast had many choices and was warm and items were kept filled.

The sheets appeared to be stained. When I went to the front desk, I was given an explanation. I was told it was from the bleaching and the material was worn in those spots. I reluctantly accepted the explanation. I would strongly suggest to replace those sheets. I was charged $25 for my pretty. I thought when I called, I was told it was $15.

The included breakfast was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel and I was not disappointed. The location was perfect for my purposes. The other big reason I chose this hotel was for the free parking and was pleasantly surprised that there were always plenty of spots available regardless of what time we returned to the hotel.

The room and hallways were rather humid feeling. It felt like there was a lack of proper airflow inside the room, nothing too terrible but it was definitely noticeable which made things a bit uncomfortable after being out in the summer heat all day.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and stylish!!! All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast provided a lot of choices, from bagels to hot foods to cereal, etc. The bed was very comfortable, and my room was spotless. For the most part, it was peaceful (can't control people slamming the doors when they leave smh). The location was close to various restaurants and gas stations. Oh, and they are pet friendly ($25 per pet/per night). I will definitely return.

I wish there were more grass for the dog. I only saw one poop can that was not emptied with no extra bags available. Luckily, I always bring my own.

The facility was clean, and the location was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They made us all feel welcomed.

The only suggestion I have is on Wednesday and Thursday they should have breakfast starting at 500-530 am because that's Family Day and Graduation day at Fort Jackson and we have to be at the base by 6 am so we weren't able to eat breakfast. On Thursday they were so amazing the employee at the hotel set breakfast up at 515 am so my family and the other families were able to eat breakfast yesterday before we left for graduation. That's just a suggestion.

The staff was welcoming the hotel was lit up beautifully, clean on the outside and inside. Pet friendly Beautiful decor nice swimming pool even though it was raining. Coffee station 24 hours. Beautiful room and bathroom convenient area food store and the highway was right there. I will stay here every time we travel up North. Thank you

The bed wasn't too comfortable I have a bad back, but the pillows were nice and I wish there was an area to walk dogs

The hotel was about 8 miles from our event, which was fine. Our room was very roomy and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good!

We are two female senior citizens who don’t drink and don’t party; we just needed a place to sleep for the night after playing bingo at the convention center until almost midnight. When we got checked in and settled into our room, we were each literally laying in our beds reading a book and playing a game on our phones; we also did not have the TV on! All of a sudden, we heard a loud banging noise that scared both of us! We were just getting ready to call the front desk to see what was happening, when our phone rang. The front desk associate said that one of their guests complained that we were partying and were way too loud. Needless to say, we were quite shocked, because we were extremely quiet and just getting ready to turn the lights off to go to sleep! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🥴
