It was a pleasant stay after checking in at approx. 9:00 that evening. Everything in the room worked well…although the bathroom is very small, the water was Hot when I wanted hot and Cold when I wanted cold, and with good water pressure for showering! The room was nice and clean with fresh, clean bedding and the TV worked! The staff were really, really nice and pleasant. Had a very nice stay!

The breakfast was okay for the expense. It actually looked to be a bit better on the morning I checked out than on the morning before. The only glitch worth mentioning was that there was no one able to check me in my room when I arrived at 3:30pm. Turned out I needed to leave before someone could get there. I understand there was somewhat of an emergency and the backup person got there just within 30 mins. of my leaving back out. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that the person who was supposed to be there at 3:00 couldn’t because of an emergency.

I had a very positive experience at this hotel, the next time I'm in town, I will book here again. The cleaning staff kept us stocked on fresh towels and bedding, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was decent and had a little variety. It's well worth the price you pay per night. The room was nice and spacious.

The so-called "laundry" area is just two washers sitting in a hall next to a soda machine. There are no dryers, and both machines were outta order.

We traveled from Kentucky where we had stayed at a Micro-Hotel. Upon arrival at your hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised by the size of our room! It was HUGE!! The beds are very comfortable and overall, everything was squeaky clean! PLENTY of towels / wash cloths and pillows. ( I usually have to ask for more.) There were smokers in our group and they were pleased with the easy access to the smoking areas outside. Some may think that the prices are too high, but let me tell you, this place is worth EVERY dime you spend!!

The morning staff and the evening staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one gal on the second shift was rude and acted like you were disturbing her every time you approached the front desk. (Didn't catch her name.) If she spent more time taking care of the clients and not watching her videos on her phone, (with the volume turned way up) it might be better for the hotel. We encountered her twice during our two night stay.

Lighting on the property was great, breakfast staff member was wonderful, very pleasant to all, helpful, nothing was missing nor out of placed very clean dining area.

You should be given the option how you want to pay for candy, soda etc...not have it charged to your room/account. What was something that I could pay out of pocket for.

Very clean and comfortable room and generally the facility (hallways, elevators, foyer, breakfast room), breakfast was also very good and there was a person serving the omelets (not sure why but maybe Southern hospitality?). Decent sized mini-fridge and small micro in the room, both worked well. Coffee in breakfast room was good, and filtered cold water dispenser available all the time in the foyer was also much appreciated!

Would've ben nice to have more USB outlets. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower weren't easy to use - you had to press multiple times to get any useful amount in your hand.

I love the locate it was easy to get back to the interstate. It was clean and every staff member I came into contact with was very nice and willing to assist. The breakfast was also Amazing along with the woman who was there serving.

If I had to say anything it would be that the room was very clean but did have an old smell to it...but our small air freshener fixed that and we still had a great night.

The place itself is wonderful, don't know why it was getting some bad reviews. Breakfast was great(Thanks for being open until 930). Microwaveable food was available in the lobby!Bed was comfy. Disability bath was great. Kudos for participating in a government program that feeds recruits at Ft. Jackson nearby.

Sketchy nabe with lots of homeless people. Hotels really gotta clamp down on theft. Probably why they get poor ratings. Comparatively pricey.

Breakfast area was under construction, so breakfast was not typical. They did provide Chick Fillet and one other side each day, but nothing to drink besides coffee.

Went for our child’s boot camp graduation location was awesome! The staff was amazing in every aspect. Gave us a list of local restaurants employees favorite ones and places that delivered. They have washer and dryer for the guest. The dryer vent was clogged up and the manager was amazing and took my laundry down and dried them for us and sent maintenance to fix it.

Nice to have a hotel that had two beds and a pull out since we have 4 kids!! Wish more hotels had this option! The sausage and eggs for breakfast were hot and very tasty.

There were little kid socks and old french fries under the couch pullout bed when we pulled it out. Now to be fair, you can’t see them until you pull out the couch into bed form. Would be hard to know they were there unless you opened up the pullout.
