The breakfast was excellent. The staff one woman and one man were super helpful, and nice. You could tell they were understaffed trying to keep up with the breakfast demands by watching them work so fast but they were so pleasant and helpful to all. The food was great and they kept it all cleaned up. Great employees in the kitchen. Excellent!! The front desk was wonderful. The valet was wonderful.

We were there for 4 days and we had to ask for clean towels and to get our trash emptied. On day 3, We left the hotel at 11 to go to game and asked front desk to clean our room while we were out. Returned at 4 and it hadn’t been touched so we called again for fresh towels and they only emptied the trash. The rooms need to be tidied up, bathrooms cleaned, trash emptied and fresh towels daily.

Great location and a small, comfortable environment. The room was a lot bigger than expected. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the separate seating area. Bathroom was also a great size.

The room was nice but there were several guys in the room next door that were extremely loud. They were yelling and it sounded like there was a wrestling match going on as things kept sounding like they were slamming against the wall and the floor. Rooms were advertised as sound proof.

It was so clean. Complimentary breakfast so good! Very comfortable, terrific location. Staff all super nice.

The parking lot- not enough spaces to accommodate a full hotel. If you have a larger pick up truck like us , not great. One night cars were stacked everywhere, unsafe- you couldn’t get out of your spot. Absolute bummer because we LOVED the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing. Very delicious and fulfilling. I would especially like to recognize two of the front desk attendants, Anna and Kaylee. They were so helpful and courteous and a wealth of information

I didn’t enjoy having to go downstairs to heat up my food. A microwave in the room would be great. Also the fryer and the Starbucks machine was broken so we couldn’t receive those services.

I was very disappointing. I was locked out my room and could not go enjoy my family because if I came out I will be locked out and I have to go through the same process to get back in wait 20 to 30 minutes before the guy can come up and pick pick a lock. They promised to give me a refund, credit , and I never received it.

The breakfast was great! Different from the normal continental breakfast offers. We were well-pleased both mornings. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the Soda City Market Saturday morning.

The air conditioner in our room was noisy. When it turned off, it was quiet... and hot! When it turned back on, it was cool but loud. The facility needs good maintenance. The elevator (1/2) broke while we were there. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected.

Convenient Location. Loved having the ability to park my own car and get to it when I wanted, even if you had to pay for parking. I loved the bar option and outdoor space to sit.

Breakfast was chaotic. By the time I arrived things were picked over and the serving area was a mess. The time I did try some of the hot food, I discovered that it was not hot. Waffles, biscuits were just barely beyond cold. Great coffee though.

The breakfast should had more options than what it had. But the food was ok.

I really came to enjoy the pool but it was filled with a bunch of kids when I went back later. The pool looked very dirty. No where to park and 18 dollars a night just ridiculous.

Very convenient location and within short walking distance to the Colonial Life Arena.

Our room was not ready when we arrived 2.5 hours after check in time. The staff were very accommodating and wonderful, so it was a minor inconvenience only because we had to be somewhere at a certain time.
