The staff and facilities are wonderful at this location. There is a homeless population in the area, and they hung out in the parking garage next to the hotel. Was approached by a homeless person early in the morning while waiting for my son to bring car out of the garage. Man was wanting to give money for cigarettes. I don't smoke. Also, shuttle driver blocked handicapped access every morning waiting on clients. Would not move! My mother is wheel chair bound and had to be loaded from the curb instead.

room and bathroom were clean. When checking the front desk clerks were sweet, helpful, and friendly.

the staff towards the evening/overnight did not have the best attitude and answered simple questions like "How can I receive more towels?" it was very dry and unenthused, and I just waited until the next morning to get some towels from the custodian so I would not have to interact with her. and the elevator not working in the parking deck was a bit annoying because we had to walk up and down the steps each time and it became inconvenient. also, the Wi-Fi was not working for my tablet, and I refused to interact with the evening/overnight front desk clerk because of her rudeness and I just used my hot spot unfortunately.

One bed was comfortable, one bed was not. The lobby was clean, but the design and vibe isn’t great, price was very high for what you get which is a perfectly fine and clean hotel, but nothing special or luxurious enough to be that price. Also, parking garage was a little inconvenient to and from only entrance to hotel. Bath towels could be better, but water pressure was good

Breakfast service: Poorly staffed (maybe it was just bad luck that weekend) but since they were short handed it took a long time. Also breakfast wasn't free of charge as advertised it was just for two people although we were 3 in a room which wasn't explained properly anywhere. Parking is on the 5th or 4th floor can't remember of an adjacent building but there is no connection between buildings so you need to go main floor level then walk to the parking lot take and elevator and go up. The entrance to the parking building is through an alley so it feels a little odd. You need to ask for a pass in order to get int and out of the parking lot so make sure to ask for it at the front desk.

Fabulous location! Beds were extremely comfortable. Great showers.

I was charged $280 on my debit card. Not sure why. Made 4 calls to manager with no response. Front desk personal said they refunded the payment. Hopefully it will be back in my account tomorrow.

We extended our stay/vacation an extra day. Everything was phenomenal. KISS THE CHEF/ COOK who also works next door at the bakery. His skills and customer service are UNMATCHED! FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! Brunch is a must try (at bakery) Please read my other review.

Clean room. Staff was excellent and helpful! Breakfast was good and timely. The bed was super comfy!

My room right by the ice machine so that kept me up some nights with the sound of th machine and people coming to get ice at all hours. The room could have been bigger, but was comfy.

Location, VIP parking, the staff was phenomenal❤️ The young lady that work in the morning wth braids and the 2 young ladies (they are friends) that work mid afternoon/evening, And lastly THE COOK/CHEF who also cooks next door at the small restaurant/bakery!! OMG HIS SKILLS/customer service ARE UNMATCHED! FOOD WAS SOOO GOOD!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING.

The hotel and our room was exceptionally clean, staff was friendly and the food was good! This was the third hotel I have stayed at in Columbia. This was by far the cleanest one I have stayed in. I have to go to Columbia a few times a year and I will be back.

OMG! I was so nervous about staying downtown, but the location was so amazing! We were within walking distance of everything. The bar and staff were amazing! Our room was spotless, tidy, and we had the most amazing view. Our front desk rep Christian was Awesome! He was so friendly and really helped me with a stressful check-in. I don't know how my visit would've went if he didn't check me in.

There is nothing that you can fix, this property exceeded our expectations.
