The room and hotel were both fine. Not fancy but clean and comfortable as expected.

Parking. Except for 15-20 spots on site parking was down the street. There was no indication of this when booking. This is a DOWNTOWN location; it is not a typical Holiday Inn Express with plenty of room for parking around the hotel. I arrived around 1130 PM as I had indicated after about a 650 mile drive. There were no parking spots at the property so I had to park about a block away in a parking structure for $10-15 a day. The parking situation should have been clearly indicated up front rather than arrival near midnight after a long drive.

The location was great close to anything you would need. The hotel was really clean and feel this as you walk in you can see it in the lobby all the way to the rooms also. The room itself was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and sheets felt actually clean. The room overall was perfect. Breakfast was great the cook was very helpful and would always make sure everyone knew what and where everything was, and made sure you were good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We even had to extend our stay by one night and the lady on day shift was very kind and made that happen for us. The pool was nice and clean also. This location was the best hotel experience we have had yet and we would definitely recommend and stay again!

I enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel was quite and clean not to far from where the service was being held at if I had to do it again yes I would chose your hotel just without the parking pay.

Like i said it was nice I just couldn't understand why we had to pay to park on your property when you could just give your guess a pass to put in their vehicle other then that it was nice oh and I was there to lay my sone to rest along with some more of my family.

Hospitality cleanliness breakfast was great and the understanding staff made our stay great. Spirits were low when we arrived but y'all gave us hope in humanity again and the strength to get up and fight to get through another day! 🙏🏾☺️🙂. Hurricane Helen made life uncomfortable but y'all provided a place to stay that was relaxing access to WiFi, TV, pool, gym for our kids and hot water. Y'all created a safe space. Thanks again. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Easy to get locked outside door didn't recognize key card and parking was limited.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Loved the 24/7 snack/kiosk area.

The parking is terrible. Could not get out of the parking garage with the room key so ended up paying for it out of pocket even though the hotel charges $14 a day. Told the front desk and they took a note to give to the next person because they didn’t know how to handle it, the next person didn’t know how to handle it either. We have to reach out to the manager during his hours of 9-3.

Granddaughter High School Graduation. Close to Arena where graduation was being held. Close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. All staff at Hotel were very courteous.

Pancake machine wasn't working and staff apologized for that. Coffee machines.several trips to get coffee and had to get someone to rinse machine and empty grinder

I absolutely loved everything! The rooms were not stuffy and so clean. I have never felt so safe sleeping in a hotel bed as far as cleanliness. The bed was fresh and extremely comfortable. Oh, and let’s talk about the #1 major attractions…the STAFF! They were so helpful and quick to help with anything that we needed. Oh, and that is the best complimentary breakfast that I have ever seen in a hotel.

There is not one thing I can say at all. I will be staying there every Gamecock Women’s basketball games from here on out.

The place was super clean. Breakfast was amazing. The pool and hobby area were big enough along with our room. We love that you could get coffee and water 24 hours a day!

Parking! We paid for two cars since we had two rooms but people took up two spots with trailers and didn’t pay for two spots. how come I had to pay to park across the street when i paid the hotel to park there. The desk person was never at the desk we always had to stand and wait 5 min before anyone came out from the back. We stayed for 3 days and no one came in our room to get our trash and give us fresh towels or freshen up our room. we ran out of toilet paper on our second day.

The beds where very comfortable and the room was cleaned when we arrived. If fact we arrived early and the staff allowed us to check in. That was very much appreciated.

If you are staying longer than one night be sure to ask that your room gets cleaned each day the duration of your stay. They do not offer this service unless you request it. They did not mention it at check in either. We were there 3 nights and the room did not get cleaned/picked up after our first night. This may not matter to some but it does to me. I like coming back after an all day outing to a clean and picked up room. I am paying for it also. The staff said it was because of covid...I understand, but give the option at check in.

Location was great. Near the Colonial Life Arena where I was attending a concert. Staff was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. Shower pressure was good too.

Rust around the shampoo and soap holder. No vent in the bathroom. Need wider black out curtains for window. Elevator smelled like throw-up when leaving.
