The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was excellent. I didn’t get a chance to get breakfast. My daughter tried but got there right at 10. She understood that she couldn’t get a hot meal but was hoping to get a piece of fruit but couldn’t. They had lot monitors ensuring that you paid when you parked. You had to pay using a QR code that was located throughout the parking lot. My only complaint - I couldn’t take advantage of the WiFi because it was down. Also, received a text telling me to text if I needed anything. I sent a text about the WiFi. I didn’t get a response until the next day but had already checked out lol Overall, my stay was decent and I would stay again.

Staff was great! Location was great! The hotel itself was great! Ciean and modern. Very comfortable. Room with plenty of space to move around.

I didn't have a coffee maker in my room. I would think that would be a standard amenity, but it wasn't and that was disappointing. Lighting was also lacking a little but that was ok.

Room 443 was modern, clean, and spacious. We were surprised with the free soup, salad, fruit, crackers, beer, wine, and cheese that evening, and it was fresh and good. The free breakfast had hot options, which was a plus. We had no issues, and the staff was friendly. It was close to Fort Jackson.

If you’re the first to take a shower, the water was a little cool. Just let it run a little, and it’ll warm up.

Room 439 had a real bad awkward smell The day of check in , the gentleman and a lady at the desk very good about trying to help out with a smell , but i'm pretty sure it was you all r new It was closed up smell.

It was incredibly clean, the amenities were great, the breakfast offerings were great. Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Parking was an extra fee

The employees were very friendly but I found the people at the bar were ourstanding and very Accomodating

When I checked in their was s $50 fee add for incidentals. I was not told this until she told me thr price of the room. It was not listed on your website either.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and the staff was so helpful and provided her one. Highly recommend!
