Comfy in pretty

We purchased the valet my daughter went to the concert for Parker McCollum that night and didn’t know she could’ve left car out front and turn keys into office. So she parked in parking garage. Charged $10 to get out, after we payed $30 for valet parking. The nice valet man went in and explained to them they needed to take the $30 off my bill and it looked like they did, but no where on my bank account shows it was fixed.

We did not have breakfast- as all is charged seperately. We ordered room service in the evening which was good but over priced.

Only one pool- no spa- pool was full of small children. The location is awesome. For the price- expected better amenities.

The property was in great condition

The only thing I didn’t like was my room was a little chilly even while the heat was on otherwise everything was wonderful!

Very clean, very comfortable bed, great pillows! Great room service!

Parking was too far. It was a very long walk-through very hot hallways. Very low water pressure for the shower.

The hotel was clean and smelled nice. Lobby was decorated lovely. The staff had a smile on their face and they were very friendly and helpful. I would they here again.

Valet service was incredible alongside dining and guest service / interactions.

The price! Let’s be real however, having such a great experience is well worth the price.

Beautiful building, lovely bar and restaurant.

The breakfast was a little less than I was expecting in quality versus price. I would have preferred a more elegant breakfast than a cold buffett. But still tasty, amazing sausage and orange juice.

location and staff are great- hotel is a little dated and could be updated - there are no suites - no bigger rooms etc

The hotel was in close proximity to the event we attended.

The room was smaller than expected with no refrigerator or microwave.

I loved the staff most of all! They were so kind and considerate. They really made us feel at home.

I wish that there were more double bedroom suites on the main street side. We had a room that was on Hampton Street.
