This property was above and beyond! I think my favorite part was definitely the facilities. The bathroom was stunning. It had tile like flooring in the shower where the drain is hidden, the bathroom and room were great sizes for two travelers. The mirror had a built in in moon light and BT speakers. Great parking access and valet options. Staff was very professional and handled my concerns excellently.

This property will NOT allow you to check in with a prepaid debit card, for example: Venmo, PayPal, CashApp etc. Regardless of the card on file when booked. We drove all the way from Miami to Columbia only to find this out upon arrival. They only accept credit cards from banks, so that’s something to be aware of. Other than that, the receptionists did a very good job and handling the situation and I greatly appreciated their patience and explanation. But this is something that they need to notify anyone who books there beforehand.

Clean, modern, comfortable. The staff at the front desk, the valet parking guys, and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was good for us as there was a lot to do that was within easy walking distance of the hotel, and there were many good restaurants also within walking distance of the hotel.

(1) the 1 am fire alarm (false alarm) wasn't much fun! :) (2) paying to park was mildly annoying, but the cost to park at the hotel was probably the most affordable of any other place we could have stayed downtown (this was a very mild annoyance, trivial really).

The staff were so friendly and the hotel is so conveniently located. The room was pretty clean and the shower pressure was fantastic. Very comfortable place to spend the night. This also depends greatly on the guests present, but it was nice and quiet as well.

Even though there's no kitchenette, I do wish some bowls or plates and maybe some utensils were provided. My partner was sick so I had to sleep on the couch and it did have some questionable stains on it, but luckily I brought a sheet with me to put over it.

The hotel is new so the facilities are very clean and nicely designed and decorated. The hotel is located in the Vista neighborhood which is within walking distance of the University of South Carolina as well as some nice bars and restaurants. We were visiting for family weekend. There was also onsite parking available at a charge. We rented a car and it was a convenience to be able to park at the hotel.

The hotel has a bar with food service in the lobby but it closes down at 11. I would be nice if the bar stayed open later especially on a Friday or Saturday night.

Property was clean and quiet. Updated furnishings in lobby, bar and restaurant area. Centrally located near an abundance of restaurants and bars. The staff were all so welcoming, from valet, housekeeping, to front desk staff. Our flight did not leave until 4, but they kept our luggage for us so we can do some last minute exploring around downtown. We will definitely be staying in the future when we come back to visit this city!

I liked how clean the room was and all of the features in the room as well. The staff at this location were very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe and comfortable during our stay at this hotel.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay more than I expected when I first got there. It was mainly because this website did not inform me of the $50 extra I would have to pay. Yes, they would reimburse me if everything was fine in the room once I left. BUT knowing that kind of information is important because not everybody has or plans to spend more than what the website actually tells you when they first get there. I think it is important for this website to make sure they let the guests know all of the information upfront so no one is surprised that the price is higher than agreed upon /expected. I also did not like that I had to pay for us to park there.

Great hotel! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and their clients. Parking was easy and safe. We had two small dogs and there were plenty of safe areas to walk them, even very late at night. The room was cleverly organized, with lots of nooks and crannies for storage of both large and small items, so the room didn't feel cluttered. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. The linens were nice quality. Breakfast was good. The server didn't know how to make a breakfast drink we ordered, so she took the time to look it on the internet and even made sure the garnishes were correct.

The hotel is very clean and up to par !! One of my Tops stays.

However , upon checking in a Caucasian male (I’m a black female)walked up in front of me with snacks if in not mistaking the clerk let him get in front of me she checked him out while she was supposed to be checking me in. I really didn’t appreciate that. If the roles were switched I’m sure she would’ve told me to wait. My only problem.

The room was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Tiana at the bar was kind and helpful. The front desk staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The staff was accommodating. 10/10 will look for this hotel chain wherever I go.

The shower pressure. There was something wrong with the shower head. It was very powerful but it flung water in every part of the shower and outside of it on the floor and on my clothes.

Nice location in central downtown. The hotel beds were comfy and clean. The two gentlemen who assisted me during my stay were professional, friendly and very welcoming. Shower pressure was great too.

I would have liked to been informed that free breakfast wasn't included. After add on fees, my stay was more pricey than I expected. However you get what you pay for... Amazing experience.
