We are local and have always wanted to stay, so we did for our anniversary. It was such a nice place on the inside and out! Location is perfect. It was so nice to wake up and be downtown to check out different things. The staff was beyond stellar in accommodating us. The rooftop bar, vault, and coffee shop are an extra nice touch. I just love the details of this building in downtown Columbia, it's from another time and is very well kept. We hope to stay again soon!

Very nice hotel with restaurant within the hotel and other options nearby. Able to valet park in front of hotel. Hotel was close to downtown, Capitol building and University and was walkable to these locations. Quiet area, one of the nicer hotels I visited. Highly recommended.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and slept well. The hotel is perfectly located close to several restaurants.

The view from my 14th floor window was facing directly to the hotel next to us. The rooftop bar did not match with the picture on the site. I was supposed to get lounge access from my floor but that wasn’t the case.

The historic building is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and nice. The location is perfect! The downtown area is beautiful and there are many places to shop and eat within walking distance of the hotel.

This was our second stay everything was great clean respectful we loved it! Great food and drinks

I didn’t like the parking due to an event that was happening during our visit the streets were closed and blocked off and made it very difficult for parking

The location was perfect for us to enjoy the restaurants downtown. Very easy to walk around versus having to drive to the different locations.

The valet service was very good, but a bit expensive.

The glass door on the bathroom. I wake up early and putting the light on in the bathroom disturbed my partner. Suggestion, maybe a curtain over the glass?

The Sheraton was the only part of Columbia SC that would make us want to come back. Excellent hotel!!

The only thing that was below par was the rooftop bar staff. They were rude and rowdy and didn’t even attempt to serve you.

The staff was very friendly. The valet, James, was helpful and friendly also. The view of the city is nice, the location is very convenient

There’s no designated free parking for guests. Valet is available but it’s $24. I only stayed one night so for guests staying longer valet is more worth it. You can pay for street parking or park in a garage but either way you have to pay.

Room was very comfortable and clean. First time at the Sheraton. Did not realize Columbia had such a nice hotel.

The receptionist and staff were rude upon check in. They were not friendly and did not even give me the welcome letter. Asked if I wanted it or not, did not give me any information about the hotel at all.
