The room we had was spacious. It had two queen beds and a couch that pulled out into a queen as well. Large bathroom and shower. Mini fridge and desk. Plenty of room even for my large crowd of 6. Had a decent breakfast. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, sausage, bagels, pastries, muffins,cereal. Was definitely something to please even my picky eaters.

The staff for the most part was nice. But tha last morning we were there the lady making the breakfast was rude and kept getting upset. My daughter accidentally left one of the containers open and she very loudly said "guess yall don't want hot food do you." Then my boyfriend left a waffle cup because he was making more waffles he was just giving the plate he had already made to one of our boys she came out ans said "sir I can throw it away this time but the trash cans right here." Then another guest left a cup of orange juice and she turns around and was yelling at the whole dining room how it was so ridiculous she had to keep cleaning up after people when the trash can is right here. I was happy it was my last day there because she was nasty to everyone and must've really hated her job.

I like the idea our rooms were ready. We didn’t have to wait long. We had a great time with Jasmine. She made my family and I feel welcome. She answered all our questions. Jasmine also made sure the room keys were working properly. She needs to be promoted. She gets 5 star ⭐️.

What I didn’t like the lobby wasn’t the clean when I was staying there for a few days. It was tracking footprints when outside works and people coming in. The lobby and elevator needed to be cleaned. The laundry room also not clean. The sweep the dirty floor and left it on the rug next to the laundry room. The workers were not in uniform appropriate uniforms. I was not happy for the breakfast. I wasn’t much to choose from. It didn’t met my standards. They need to work on that.

was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The mattress was very comfortable, and the room was quite clean — definitely better than what I’ve experienced in other hotels recently. Overall, this was the best stay I’ve had in a while.

However, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, which was disappointing. I really hope the management checks the rooms at least once a week to catch and fix issues like this. Small maintenance improvements would make a big difference.

Front desk staff were friendly. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The phone in our room didn't work. I tried to call the front desk and had to use my cell phone. The room above us must have had kids because ot sounded like running back and forth across the room for about 2 hours. I called the desk because it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling, and this was after 9:00pm. It was not the hotel's fault, but it was an inconvenience to have to get my cell phone out and look up the phone number to call for assistance.

The location and staff were excellent, and the facilities were exceptionally clean the only negative about the stay was I requested a better iron but never received it. But other than that, great place to stay.

The handicap parking should be monitored I noticed that some of the cars parked in those spots didn't display the proper plates or placard needed to occupy those spots that are so limited and it'snot fair to the guests that do have the proper plates or placard needed to occupy that space.

Staff was warm and pleasant. By that I mean that rather than simply checking us in and being done with us, they seemed pleased to have us there. A nice woman who seemed to be solely in charge of breakfast showed my daughter how to make a waffle - a small gesture but it meant a lot.

Our neighbors were a little loud, but there isn't anything the hotel can do about that, not a real problem.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Space in the suite was good for family of 4-5. Location was excellent. Space was very clean. Good variety of breakfast foods. Good value for cost.

Pool was down entire stay for update. The breakfast area had electrical issues entire stay with breakers going down and many components not useable such as toaster, microwave and waffle iron. Bed pillows and Wifi are in need of upgrades.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. One room had a broken door lock and we had to move. The lady was very pleasant and quick.

My bathroom door had many marks on it. My daughter googled and found where someone had ODed at the hotel. She had my granddaughter scared she was sleeping where someone died.

The staff are amazing and helpful, would definitely stay here again because the staff made it so welcoming. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable!

Wish the water pressure was better but other than that everything else was outstanding!

The pool was not heated and they were unable to get it heated. The internet did not work so we had to use ours so that we could connect to the tv to watch it
