Breakfast buffets at mid-level hotels are all pretty much the same. It's as though someone (Sysco? Gordon's?) won a bid to provide food to all the locations. It's pretty bland and unremarkable. The only advantage is the feeling that I'm getting something for free, which is a "false positive," and that it's quick.

At this particular location, the only coffee in the so called cafe area, was the light roast. So, in order to get my preferred dark roast, I had to go into the lobby. No big deal, but it did seem to contradict the otherwise aimed for convenience level. I also made the mistake, when I checked in, that coffee in the prominently displayed coffee urns in the lobby would have hot, or at least warm coffee. i was wrong.

This is our second time, and as always we loved our experience here. But most importantly, we loved the great customer service that we received from the receptionist named Jojo who has been amazing and very helpful to us and our family.. It was like home away from home.. We greatly appreciate his help and is looking forward to our next time staying here.

Very new hotel and very updated and clean. Nice rooms though the two bed suite is a bit small. Nice new bathrooms with pump hand soap, lotion and shampoo , conditioner and body gel. There's even free makeup remover towelettes. They have relatively new TV models. You have to request housekeeping before 10 AM if you need that service. Overall the plush carpet in the hallways and the lobby fitness center and just the whole building makes you feel like you are in a luxury hotel and that you paid a lot more than you really did for the stay. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was what I expected and on par with typical offerings in most hotels at this price point. Hotel is very clean and the downstairs lobby and sitting areas provide adequate seating. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the room was clean and confortable.

Better and more breakfast options would be nice. Also, it would be nice if the free coffee and water for hot tea was hot.

Our overnight stay was very comfortable. We look forward to staying at this location when in town. Felt welcomed, the staff is always courteous and professional.

Overall, everything was good. Give a little more focused detail to cleaning; vacuuming, corners, bathroom, and along the walls.

The staff was very informative. We asked about a close place for lunch and the person at the desk told us his favorite place, and it was within walking distance. The breakfast staff was very welcoming, also and the food was excellent.

There was nothing. It will be on my list as a stop over again!

It was a great hotel! we were there for 4 nights along w a large group from my work. Rooms were large and comfy, breakfast was hot & fresh and the hotel was at or near capacity every night. Staff was BEYOND friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable! Good safe parking. Hotel was CLEAN after an initial situation was corrected. Hotel was in great location near coffee, McD’s, many fav restaurants and local ones. Also a very nice Kroger store. My company warehouse is located in Blythewood and this will be my GO TO when going back for work! The 2 night workers are absolute GEMS! Don’t let them go! BOTH gentlemen went above and beyond every evening to help us out! Absolutely a home away from home!

Beautiful property and well maintained! Johnathan at the front desk was exceptional and very welcoming. In spite of being uprooted by Hurricane Helene, Johnathan really made us feel comfortable and he should be recognized by his hardwork. His customer service skills are outstanding. Thank you Johnathan!!!

Everything was clean. Staff was fantastic. We stayed for my son's boot camp graduation from Fort Jackson and this place was close enough, in a safe location, with plenty of eateries right in the adjoining parking lot. Breakfast was decent for hot continental breakfast.

If I really had to find a complaint, the only thing would be the shower head pressure wasn't the best.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Hampton-Inn & Suites By Hilton-Columbia Killian Road. It was a big room and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. This will be our go to place to stay the next time we come to Columbia
