We were not able to take advantage of the breakfast, as we had to leave before breakfast started each day to get in line to enter Fort Jackson for family day and graduation. It was so nice that the hotel had a flyer with information about the family day and graduation right there in the lobby. It really was helpful. I love the shower. It was roomy and relaxing. I'd love a shower like it at home.

Everything was fine. I can't think of anything that needs improvement. Maybe if the pool was open a bit later than 8 pm it would be nice. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

The staff was super welcoming. The location was set at great place especially for those arriving and attending, Ft. Jackson boot camp graduation. The breakfast far exceeded my expectation and the room were clean and comfortable.

A designated parking space or lot for construction workers would be great. Many of the workers took up, up to 6-7 parking spaces and their was multiple workers doing so. It left people with cars no space or not enough space to park and it made me feel unsafe and uncertain being parked by large trucks with machinery in fear of them denting or dinging the vehicle and being confined in dark spaces where security cameras or myself can't be visible for safety purposes.

I liked having breakfast available. I like the little coffee maker in the room. I used the fitness room and the treadmill worked well. This location is super convenient because it's near my daughter's apartment, so we're there at least twice a year.

We had trouble regulating the temperature in our room. We saw instructions on the unit itself telling us to use the wall thermostat, so we tried that but were unable to get the temperature to change. Maybe posting some basic directions by the thermostat would help.

It was convenient to restaurants and family as we were visiting for a quick turnaround trip. It was clean. Staff was friendly from the front desk to housekeeping.

There was a weird smell (like motor oil/fumes) on our floor as we exited the elevator. Can’t say if there was a smell on the other floors but didn’t not smell it on the first floor. It was a very strong odor and I couldn’t tell if it was from something be repaired or what but after a couple days the smell faded but was never completely gone. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor which was a little disappointing.

Persons at the front desk were nice. Easy check-in process. Directions to get to Ft Jackson were given to me to locate and easily explained. The location to food places and Ft Jackson was nearby. The bed was comfortable, room was decent.

The stained lobby furniture/chair. Also the chair in my rm was stained. Their were spots on the lampshade. The carpet wasn't cleaned all the way, dirt and crumbs on it. A strain of hair in the shower

The staff is really awesome and accommodating. Offering a quick breakfast when you're traveling with kids is always a plus. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to Ft Jackson base.

They need a little more quality control on cleanliness. Simple things as wiping the glass around the bathroom mirrors. Cleaning webs from corners. Dusting nightstand shelf's would have made it a better stay. And to also mention the paint was fading off the black stains on the ceiling.

Staff was nice and the room was nice. Hotel was close to restaurants, gas station, and interstate.

The shower had a draining problem. Water would only go to the left side of the drain and start to back flow. Also made a loud draining noise and smelled like sewage. Air conditioning doesn't stay on automatically. Didn't get a chance to try their breakfast this time.

Room was spacious, ample lighting and clean. Staff was well behaved, and the person looking after breakfast was really pleasant and welcoming. Overall, we had a very good experience and great values for the money.

The staff was extremely polite professional and just cared about your stay. As I was checking out she was so friendly inviting me to come back the next time I'm in the area. This was the best stay I have had in a long time. Sorry I forgot names but the entire staff was amazing. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

Everything was amazing

The pillows on the bed were a little flat and didn’t hold up as well, but the bed was comfortable.

The staff was very professional, courteous and efficient. The employee in the breakfast area in particular was very nice, helpful and pleasant. She is a perfect example of how to provide great service.
