The staff was very personable and pleasant to talk with. We were in town for a youth soccer tournament and had really bad weather come through. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early, have a little extra time before checking out and went out of their way to get us fresh cold water for our daughter to be hydrated before her games. Breakfast was great and the woman that was doing upkeep had an amazing personality and kept everything clean and efficient. We’d definitely stay again in the future. The renovating they were doing did not disrupt our stay.

Parking was the only difficulty since they have construction equipment taking up their back lot but we made it work and did not cause much concern.

This location was very busy the weekend I visited, however the staff was well trained, multitasking to accommodate everyone and the check-in process was quick. Upon making the reservation I received a message from the hotel that said construction was ongoing and some areas may be off limits. I didn't see any signs of active work and the lounge area, gym, and snck areas looked clean and inviting. The facilities were heavily booked, but the rooms were clean, the hallways quiet and no loud noise coming from outside. Overall a very pleasant experience and a great night sleep.

Basically the motel was fine! The check-in was a fiasco!!! The front desk person was great, but the whole process was so frustrating! I tried to use a Visa gift card and it wouldn't go through! Because of that my CC# was wiped out and I couldn't pay with that!!!! Then my CASH was refused!!!!!!! I wanted to leave at that point but we were tired and just wanted to get to our room!!!! Really not sure if Booking.com was the culprit (but probably won't use them going forward!) or if it was the Hampton!!!! Why couldn't I use a Visa Gift Card???!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! It was a Christmas gift for that very purpose!!!

Some better policies for checking in!!!!! Being able to use a gift card and still allowing the CC information to stay in the record!!!!

The facility was obviously amid some renovations but it was still clean.

Regular rooms can be made wheelchair friendlier with just a few changes. And should be! The bathrooms in particular are a safety nightmare to someone for whom a handicapped room was not available. Please do better.

Was traveling with my son and his therapy animal and everyone with the Hampton Inn was outstanding. Excellent customer service, excellent communications and really great employees you have there, in Rodrena and Olivia, who were at the front desk. In today's world of rude employees and non-existent customer service, you are lucky to have them.

Front desk receptionist was friendly and welcoming upon check in. She was also apologetic about the room not being ready. We didn't mind the wait because of such hospitality. Special thanks to Yessica, front desk; Mike, maintenance; the housekeeping staff who made sure the room was cleaned.

The breakfast was wonderful and staff were friendly.

Parking lot had lots of spaces taken up by large trucks and equipment for remodeling. The pillows were flat and bed was a bit harder than I like but wasn’t terrible

It was great all the way around. I slept great. The room was excellent, clean. Staff was very pleasant too. I highly recommend this hotel.

The tv could have been larger and the shower head was terrible, only a steam of water coming out the center. I did inform the front desk at check out so hopefully it gets charged

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room attendants were very polite. The hot breakfast much appreciated because most hotels don’t have hot breakfast anymore, and if they do it’s for an additional fee. And having an ice machine on our floor was so convenient.

When we checked in, we were not told that there was a daily charge of $25 a day for incidentals so we were shocked to see an additional $75 on our bill upon checkout. That is something that should be given more attention during employee training because it’s quite upsetting to find out after you’ve spent several days at the hotel. We were calm but eventually someone is not going to be as understanding, if it hasn’t happened already.
