Spotless room and hotel with very friendly staff.

No breakfast provided. You could purchase breakfast in the mexican restaurant that was part of the hotel but it had very minimal choices and it was obvious the staff was only there for the two of us having breakfast. There was no coffee/water located in the lobby. You couldn't get anything, maybe because it was included in the room but it didn't provide much options for breakfast except to go to another restaurant. This did not make it very convenient for travelers.

That it was easy to find. The decor was modern, pleasing and spacious.. The room was quiet. The beds were comfortable.

The room doors made a tremendous amount of noise when opening and closing. We also didn't like that there was no free coffee in the lobby -- the coffee offered in the rooms with mediocre at best, and did not have sufficient creamer etc. to make it better.

location we were riding out the storm the hotel lost power over night was trying to check in 15 minutes early but could not had to wait after my reservation time and couldn't get the room I had reserde for.

everything was okay didn't like waiting past my reservations time and couldn't get the room I wanted

I liked how the TV had streaming apps & I liked the extra side table. I liked how house keeping kept the room clean. I liked comfortable the pillows were & the bed. The stay was great!

I didn't like how the room didn't have a microwave or big enough trash cans with bags.

My 7 year old son loves the hotel so we always spend a night here on our yearly trip to the mountains in NC. The room is always clean and the staff is great. The Mexican restaurant inside the hotel was also excellent and very affordable.

Very clean comfortable room.

No hand soap, I had to reach over to the body wash in the bath when I wanted to wash my hands. The hotel restaurant was expensive and the food was not good..

This has to be by far the cleanest hotel I've stayed in for years!

Rooms especially the bathroom as very very dim/dark! I had to bring my roadside lantern/flashlight to get additional light! Other than that awesome place!

The location was good, the staff was exceptional, the room was clean, the hotel exceeded my expectations.I would stay again if and when I visit there again. And I would recomend this hotle to my friends

A continental breakfast would have been freat.

The room was spacious, and it was in a great location. Also, the price was right

The tub was slow to drain, and there was no hand soap on the counter to wash your hands Bathroom lighting could have been better

The location is perfect. Close to the interstate, restaurants and downtown.

I didnt like that the room didn't have a microwave inside. Nor, was there one for customer use.
