The location was convenient for visiting family in Swansea and Columbia. I Loved the Starbucks cafe with a great menu, the staff at Starbucks were very good.

I wish hotels would go back to cleaning rooms during your lengthy stay. I was there 5 nights and was surprised it was not offered. We just asked for more towels and put our trash out. Not a huge deal, it’s just the new rules 🤪

Plenty of parking. Hotel feels new. Nice lobby, Great rooms. Bathrooms are beautiful. Room was nice and clean. Quiet area. Pool was nice.

Staff was not what you expect at a Marriott. Very casual, too casual. Dress code was a bit strange for Marriott. Wasn't sure who was staff and who wasn't. Lots of rap music in the hallways from maids and maintenance men.

The location was perfect! It is a short distance off the interstate and is the only hotel which made it quiet and peaceful. The Timmerman Trail is located at the end of the street which was a beautiful walk for our dogs.

The Bistro had limited hours and was closed on Sunday. One of the friendly staff members suggested a great place to eat for dinner the night we checked in. It just would’ve been convenient to grab breakfast at the hotel before we got on the road.

Staff was incredibly kind. I was overly impressed with the fact that the girl at check in remembered every guests name and said hello while checking me in. Pretty rare to find someone so exceptional at their job, and genuinely caring about their guests comfort. Shower was huge! The rooms were a decent size, and everything was very clean.

Unfortunately when I had a shower in the morning, the shower was out of conditioner and body wash. Managed to get a few drops but disappointed.

Room was very comfortable. I particularly like that they had the TV setup so I could sign into my streaming services, so much more enjoyable than watching whatever basic cable has available. The exercise facilities were very nice and the pool looked like it would have been fun if I had more time. Very convenient to the national park I was visiting and great highway access.

The staff are AMAZING. Especially at the cafe. Very kind and very great food. Safe location, quiet, easy process of getting checked in.

The bed is not super comfortable, but it’s okay. I believe for the price per night it could have been a little more comfortable though.

Facilities were renovated. Welcome was warm and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very customer service focused.

The toilet in my room 311 had a facial wipe plastic floating in the bowl. There was some damage to the door to the bathroom. Some broken tiles. Other than those things it was a most relaxing and great stay.

Room was very nice. Clean. Great bathroom.

The morning breakfast and coffee choices. I will not pay $5+ for a cup of awful Starbucks coffee. This hotel needs to include a complimentary breakfast. Probably will look for another hotel option next time. We got coffee at a nearby gas station.

The staff were very helpful and professional. The location gave us access nearby to US26 so we could continue our trip the following day. The location was not on a busy road and was very quiet. We were glad it was pet friendly.

Across the tennis center where my son played a tournament. Big win! It was very convenient.

i have nothing to complain about. What's not to like? Our stay was wonderful.
