The layout of the room was trendy and well decorated. There was no shortage of available outlets and USB options for travelers with forgotten bases. I did appreciate the access to a full tub as opposed to only a shower and generous Keurig options as opposed to making frequent trips/requests for refills throughout my stay. The breakfast options were as advertised, which was a relief, there were plenty of choices, prompt set up, and friendly staff available for assistance.

The area around the grouting of the toilet in the bathroom was pretty severely stained. Our neighbors were fairly audible both in their rooms and out in the hall, but considering this is my first stay at this location, I'm unsure if this has to do with the building or if they were especially loud.

Busy street. Not easy getting in and out.

My job originally booked us at another hotel and it was scary and disgusting and nobody wanted to stay there. So I went off and got my own hotel and I had stayed here last time and loved it. I was able to sleep and comfort, especially being a woman traveling by myself alone. And the staff are super nice and helpful. Also, I love that there is a laundry facility so I can wash my scrubs and other clothes. I really like this hotel and will be back.

It was very clean. The room was clean, cozy, with just the right amount of space and lighting. The breakfast was good (free breakfast), and the location is perfect ; it’s just with-in walking distance to several other restaurants, such as : the Waffel House, Applebe’s and more.

It didn't have a microwave to heat up the breakfast, but you are allowed to take the breakfast to your room. There is a microwave in the rooms. 👍

Loved there was an indoor pool, front desk attendants were so pleasant and kind, lots to eat within walking distance, the breakfast was great

Room was tidy and linen clean but carpeting needs cleaned, I’m fairly certain there was some puke next to the rail/bed in our room 317, and shower caulk has pink mildew so really needs scraped out and redone.

The breakfast was pretty good although not a lot of variety and pancake/waffle machine was broken.

Location was great and convenient for our trip. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy and room was spacious.

Renovations were shoddy; attempts to upgrade but noticed things like the mirror and sink had gaps and rough edges, drywall was poorly done, etc. overall everything was clean but certain things were very noticeable.

Loved the extra seating area in the room. Most comfortable beds we have ever had anywhere!! Was clean in every corner and crevice inside the Hotel and outside the building.

This is something the Hotel has no control over, but the ratings for most places to eat were poor.

I’ve stayed here before and I love the location and the cleanliness of this property! The rooms do not have carpet which is another perk. Good breakfast and daily housekeeping! I stayed 5 nights and when I have to come again for conference I’ll be booking here again!

Everything was great!

Friendly check-in staff, clean lobby, clean rooms, friendly cleaning staff with a routine schedule that doesn't start until after 11 a.m., so not to interrupt your morning.

I feel that it was a little overpriced for the location slightly outside downtown.
