The hotel is very clean Staff is very attentive. I love the room itself, it's spacious.The bathroom is handicapped accessible. They stock lotion, shampoo, body soap, and conditioner. Nice touch. Love the black out shades in the room

Only bad thing is it is new construction therefore, the walls are very thin.The sounds carry from room to room. It is very noisy, till everyone either leaves or goes to sleep. Also breakfast could use some eggs and sausage. There was only waffles, cereal, and fruit.

The room was very spacious. It could’ve been because I purchased the handicap room however it felt like I was in a college dorm, which was pretty cool. There was a lot of lighting compared to other hotel rooms that I’ve been in so I was able to do my make up.

I wasn’t too fond of the fact that the property was behind a bunch of buildings. You can’t really see it unless you keep driving down the road.

Staff was awesome, especially Ebony at the front desk...and the manager. The cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful. Location was near many restaurants and a Walmart to grab essentials. Easy drive from the airport. Overall, a great stay.

I liked everything. I didn't eat breakfast there as there are some wonderful breakfast places within a ten minute drive.

noise level is terrible-could hear people arguing and door slamming much of my stay-I travel during the night and the doors and walls are not very soundproof.

The property was very well located around plenty of retail stores and restaurants.

The only complaint I have with the property was that the bathroom shower was not cleaned. Old bar soap from previous customers was in the shower and it was unclean. And there was not enough towels or wash cloths in the bathroom.

the facility was recently remodeled and updated. The room was in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable. The location is not on a main road, so noise levels were minimal.

The hotel looked newly renovated, the parking was good and the rooms looked clean and well up-kept. No pool, and the breakfast was light; but there were plenty of eating options really, really close so it wasn't economical for the establishment to go all out on that, and there wasn't really room for it. All in All I was satisfied with my stay. I also liked that there was a laundry room right on the same floor. Also it's in walking distance of eateries and department stores.

The placement of the sign with the name Microtel was a little confusing with the small business right at the corner. It was a little confusing for an out-of-towner who doesn't travel much. Perhaps an arrow under the sign pointing down the side road?

Staff was amazing

Toilet in room wasn't working properly had to keep removing top off water refill to mess around with the float to make it refill and had to mess around with float to stop it from refilling

It was clean and the staff were extraordinary in their service.

It’s under renovation so naturally, everyone was either on 2nd or 3rd floor. No problem except there’s only 1 elevator and it was extremely small and slow.
