The room was very clean and the Beds where very comfortable. And the Dining room and kitchen area was clean and the Dining Room Associate gave Awesome and Excellent Customer Service. As well as the front Desk Associate. The food is Always on Point. I am so glad that they have Chicken and Turkey Sausage Now Because we don't eat Pork or beef Sausage. So we can eat Breakfast as we stay instead of going to the Waffle House.

The Elevators where not clean there was coffee spilled inside the Elevators and I did let the front desk Associate no about it, we left and came back and the coffee was still there.

The location is great. I would like to acknowledge Miss Williams from the breakfast buffet. You can tell from her actions that she truly loves her job and taking care of the hotel guests.

My room was 518. There were popcorn seeds on the bathroom floor. The toilet did not work properly. The bed closest to the window had small crumb particles in the bed. I would have complained but we were so exhausted from driving all day that we slept in one bed. I also was surprised that I was charged for parking.

Dining room Employees and Ms.Lillian House keeper Supervisor l Ms.Lillian for going above and beyond in assisting and cleaning our room with our week stay And the Cookies at the front desk and the lime and lemon water and the breakfast in the Dining room each day.

The Trash cans overflowing on the floor we stay on and the elevators floors were dirty each day.

There was a problem when I went to check out at about 8 am. No was around the front desk. Waited about 10 minutes. Other staff looked around for the person supposed to be manning the desk but that person could not be found! No one was able to give me a receipt. Finally I left my email so hopefully I would get one emailed to me. Not a good look for an otherwise very nice hotel!

The location was right off of I77. It was close to local restaurants, and the area was quite.

The pillow were too soft for my liking. The lighting in my room wasn't that bright. My wife had to come in the hall area from the bathroom to put on her makeup because it was brighter. I didn't know there was a $6.00 charge to park my car on the property.

This hotel and the staff and city of Columbia SC felt like home! We were greeted and cared for in a professional but kind and courteous manner. I pray that the young lady (I believe her name was Shonda) keeps with her studies at the University and that the rest of the staff are safe and Blessed. They were simply, wonderful!

Everything. Location is perfect. Kareem Miller and his staff were so courteous, polite and made us feel at home. They even said they were going to miss us. We were traveling with our 2 small dogs and Kareem personally said he would keep an ear out and take them for a walk if they seemed upset by being alone in the room. Our pups took warm welcome to all the staff. We knew we picked the right hotel to stay at and now I will only stay here when I come to visit my daughter.

Everyone was super nice and I loved they made a cute hot chocolate bar. Everyone was really accommodating especially with so many people staying due to the army graduation. Loved the heated pool.

The beds weren’t the best in my opinion but some of my family loved them. Personally a little too soft for me and the pillows were tiny but I am glad they gave 4 per bed at least.

For some reason in room 216 there was a rotten banana left on the floor close to the foot of the bed. This makes me think that the room floor wasn’t properly cleaned. I just felt as though this was too much to be an oversight to say that the floor should have been vacuumed to prepare for the next incoming guest.

The general manager was excellent top-tier. He immediately greeted us at the door and made his presence welcome. He made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and make sure that everything was taken care of.
