This hotel experience was absolutely exceptional. The complimentary continental breakfast was both delicious and satisfying, offering a wide variety to start the day off right. The rooms were immaculate, with spotless sheets, towels, and washcloths, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing restful nights. The staff went above and beyond with their warm friendliness and genuine respect, making us feel truly welcomed. As a pet owner, I greatly appreciated that I could bring my service dog, and he settled in seamlessly, comfortably adjusting to his crate in the new environment outside of his usual space. My children, who have Autism, absolutely loved the hotel—especially the small amenities on the patio where they played, and they were thrilled with the trundle bed offered in the suite. Every staff member—from the front desk and maintenance to housekeeping and dining—demonstrated professionalism and heartfelt hospitality, making our entire family feel valued and cared for. After an 8-hour journey to visit South Carolina, I’m so grateful I found this hotel; it truly made our trip memorable. The only thing missing was a pool, but otherwise, it exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended!

The property was missing a pool. Everything else was perfect!

The hotel itself was immaculate both inside and outside. The room was very spacious and we found nothing wrong. We heard no noise throughout the night from any other guests. The breakfast was exceptional and offered extensive variety compared to other hotels that offer free breakfast. The staff are very courteous and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife did not particularly like the mattress because it was too firm.

The first thing I loved when I entered the hotel was the aroma. The hotel smelled great and very clean, and the receptionist was very friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was big, and the bathroom was very big, the bed was very comfortable, and the price was reasonable, I highly recommend.

Location TV is in, the room of 2 bed only the person who sleeps on 1st bed with enjoy watching TV, I didn't like it usually TV supposed to be in the middle.

General manager Lisa yilmaz very unprofessional her demeanor nasty as if she owns this hotel however I have booked here 4 times prior each month try speaking with her about mistake made by staff basically said I'm not ever welcome book there so contacted cooperate settled whatever her intentions were make me feel not welcome

This hotel was by far the nicest one I’ve ever been to. All spaces were clean, comfortable, well organized, and functional. We had to get a suite with 2 queens and a trundle bed because we have 3 children. It was big enough and had all that we needed. The breakfast was exceptional-hot items, to go items, and Buffett style. The staff was over the top friendly! 100%. I am all about customer service and they exceeded my expectations. My daughter thought that she left her AirPods in the room and when I called to ask them if we could come back to look, the staff member said they would go check and call me back. We went back to look and the staff went with us to move the furniture. Needless to say, my daughter find them in her bag, but the staff went and looked twice for me! Overall, it was very pleasant.

I had a Booking.com reservation for $144.48 the hotel charged my credit card $158.70 of which $8.00 was for ice cream.. They overcharged me by $6.00 and when I questioned it they said TOUGH. It appears that a parking charge that was not there when I booked or when I stayed the first night 3 weeks earlier plus other fees. I would like a refund !!!

The property was very clean and smelled amazing every time you walked in.

I had to ask someone to clean my room the next day. I assume if you have no sign saying do not disturb, that mean yes I want my room cleaned. So I did not enjoy having to go look for someone for that when the lady was cleaning right outside my door. She did other rooms but not mine.

Nice open common spaces. Large room. Comfortable bed. Shades had guides so light was blocked but also could leave a slight crack at the bottom so I could see at night. Nice bathroom. Breakfast had multiple add-ons for yogurt or cereal. Hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs were good, nice carb selections. Good enough coffee.

I would like a hand-held shower head combo. Another hook for a towel by shower. The couch was hard and didn't have enough cushions for a comfortable sit while watching TV. We used the bed pillows for cushions.

The air conditioner blows directly at you while sleeping, and unfortunately you have to have it on because it will be too hot otherwise. Architecture should have known better. Bathroom doors need to be more private. Breakfast was okay, not the greatest but the lady up keeping it kept it up nice. Charging $3 for parking is a little far fetched but whatever.

The breakfast was a nice warm meal with eggs, gravy and biscuits, and sausage and cereals available. The rooms were exceptionally clean and we really enjoyed the size of the room. The size for the room really made the value for the room for our family. It gave us some space to play some family games together before bed.
