This was our first trip to the Embassy Suite by Hilton Myrtle Beach. we enjoyed our 3 day weekend. It was amazing. The oceanfront view was astonishing and breathe taking, and we enjoyed the evening cocktail and breakfast what a combination. The staff was very friendly and helpful facilities were clean and well maintained. Also, we enjoyed our couples massage at Spa33.We gave our massage therapist Elsa and Aimee a thumbs up they made our first couples massage very memorable. I hope I'm spelling their names correctly ,also Wendy and Amy at front desk did a great job it was a mixed up once we got there about our scheduled appointment but those ladies worked everything out for us and everything turned out great.We will be visiting again very soon.

We had no complaints during our stay.

Great location, room was very comfortable. Staff was great. The only disadvantage is that pool is used by multiple hotels and all staying in Kingston plantation (we were not aware of this), so it gets very crowded. People line up at 8:30 am to hold chairs at the pool. I tried to sit at a chair that was empty, and got yelled at by person sitting next to it that she was holding it for her daughter. The buffet breakfast included wasn’t bad? but it’s same thing every day so after 3 days we stopped going.

Beautiful facility and suite. Onsite bar and restaurants were a real plus and the breakfast was great.

Check in was at 4:00 (Much too late in my opinion, but all hotels seem to have moved to this time. My guess is that it allows them extra time so they can hire less housekeepers to clean the rooms) and they didn't have but two staff members checking in guests. I think I was 8th in line when I arrived shortly after 4:00. My thoughts are if you are going to make me wait until 4:00 to check in you should have all hands-on deck to keep waiting in line to a minimum. I listened to two families behind me panicking because they had to get their kids to a ball tournament and were running out of time.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. The amenities offered to our young kids made this trip so much fun. The splash water park was great for all kids. We have children ranging from 3 to 8, and all of them were able to enjoy it. My oldest was also able to take on the bigger slides, which were so much fun as well. The pool was very enjoyable and there were plenty of seating options located around all of the water features. The beach was just a few steps away and was very clean and enjoyable. We loved that this hotel resort offered a hot complimentary breakfast. Having 4 kids, it was so convenient to have this option every morning instead of getting in the car and finding somewhere to eat. The breakfast was great and featured all kinds of options including a hot buffet, a la cart options, as well as an omelet station. It was also convenient to have 2 restaurants on site and the ability to order food straight to your chair while lounging by any of the water features. Overall, we had a nice relaxing stay with our family and would definitely return again.

I really have no complaints. Our stay was very enjoyable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was served every morning. We had fun at the pools and waterslides. The beach was great and wasn't overly crowded. We did eat at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was really good. We would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have more seating at the pool. There is a lot already, but with the amount of people there, it was hard to find somewhere to sit. We ended up putting our stuff on the wall just so it was out of the way until we were lucky enough to get chairs as someone else was leaving. Other than that, which wasn't really a big issue, there wasn't much we didn't like.

The reception hour was nice along with the free breakfast. The pool area is also very nice.

One of the ladies at the front desk was rude. She saw me waiting in the designated line to check in but she assisted someone else who just walked up from another side ( the person who walked up probably couldn’t see me due to a column, but the front desk lady did) then she proceeded to walk off with the lady not even acknowledging me at all. Thankfully another receptionist was sitting up and assisted me, but she didn’t inform me that I had access to the surrounding properties or nor did she offer me a Hilton Honors welcome bag as a member.

The rooms were clean and there was a lot of space. Modern, attractive and with a great view of the sunrise. All the amenities: kids water park and cabanas around the pools were really great! Having the beer garden and restaurant right there with great food and ocean view dinning. An in-house Starbucks and bar was a treat!! . The free breakfast was tasty and had a great selection to satisfy all ages whether you wanted a hearty meal or a healthy meal! The beach is right there, beautiful and clean!

Everything was fabulous, rooms were clean and comfortable. Living room area was great, the view from the balcony was the beach front and we enjoyed it. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with lots of options and seating areas. Kitchen and cleaning staff were kind.

Parking area was not enough so we lost some time to find a parking spot because hotel was full. Check-in receptionist charged us twice even though we said we already paid. Although hotel was full, there was only one receptionist working so there was a line at the desk.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The suite was large, comfortable and with a beautiful view. We were able to check into the room 3 hours early with no extra charge. The breakfast was above our expectations.

Having to pay $13.99/day to park the car in an open parking lot. I can see if it was a covered parking area to have to pay extra. We have stayed at numerous hotels in Myrtle Beach and never had to pay for the parking.

Free buffet HOT breakfast, the most unbelievable quality free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Bell hop attendants to take your luggage to and from your room when checking in and out. TWO FREE complimentary cocktails/beer/wine during their version of happy hour every day that you stay there. Super kid friendly and safe. On-site restaurants that are actually good! On-site water park that my kids couldn’t get enough of!
