The size and space of the room. Breakfast was really expseptinal especially the omelet station.

Shower liner leaked causing the floor to get wet and slipper. Almost slipped getting out of the shower the first time. The lack of a smart TV, we had a raining even and decided to order room service and watch a movie but there wasn’t anything in nor an ability to stream a movie from my phone. The light switches didn’t turn on lights. Reported it but nothing was done. The lack of pool guards, there was a lot of unruly kids running and jumping and tossing hard balls in the pool. Made it hard to relax when you were getting hit in the face with a football. Along with kids playing in the hot tub. The water slide was great for kids but wasn’t an adult only section just to relax.

I love the nice atmosphere for the family , love the happy hour ! Omg I receive two free drinks and snacks during happy hour for two hours ! The best part for adults and no n -alcohol beverages ! Love the breakfast every morning , the resort like feel , you really don’t have to leave like everyone said . Oh course I went during 4th of July . The pool gets packed the only down size to that you have to get up early to get you a spot an put your things down on a chair and umbrella. Tick tok has made this place famous !

The ice machine was down on our floor 704 , and the balcony door was jammed on the bedroom side . It was so busy I didn’t even call to complain because I was so happy with my view of ocean and pool area lol

The rooms are beautiful. Right away pulling up. They immediately ask if we need a cart as soon as we got, most places, don’t even have anyone standing outside. Even though we didn’t get a beachfront, we had an ocean view and boy was it breathtaking. I haven’t even gotten into the breakfast buffet, which was amazing by the way there’s a back door that’s downstairs that leads straight to where the beach is and they have a water hose. Where after you’re done with the beach, all you have to do is wash off. I didn’t check out any of their other amenities like their indoor pool. They’re exercise room, their gift shop but all of those are also available. If you find that it’s too late and you don’t wanna go out to find dinner. They also have a food grill that’s downstairs connected to the bar as well as right next-door which looked beautiful as well. Overall, this has been the best place I have been to.

I had a bad experience with a hotel prior to my arrival here. I called this location to ask if they had any rooms available and they told me no without even trying to check. So I went to booking.com and found out they had three more room rooms available so I went ahead and booked it. It would’ve saved so much time if they just would’ve checked for me while on the phone.

Quality breakfast, good omelettes. Coffee was not good at the breakfast cafeteria, but we made use of the coffee machine in the room. Additionally we have a small coffee place where we can grab some snack and coffee (paid extra) Evening complementary snack, happy hour was a surprise. Beach view room is out of the world. You get large sliding doors just in front of bed(TV to the side, just the way I like), there were large sliding doors in the living area, two sliding doors in the bedroom area, well separated with a door. Glass windows (with blinds) in the shower area was a surpirse. We absolutely loved beach view from everywhere.

Parking extra, I made sure they had electric charger but it charges 4 miles an hour!! Bummer. You speak near the elevator, someone hears u well from the room, that was surprising. We whispered most of the time :D

Great location, room was very comfortable. Staff was great. The only disadvantage is that pool is used by multiple hotels and all staying in Kingston plantation (we were not aware of this), so it gets very crowded. People line up at 8:30 am to hold chairs at the pool. I tried to sit at a chair that was empty, and got yelled at by person sitting next to it that she was holding it for her daughter. The buffet breakfast included wasn’t bad? but it’s same thing every day so after 3 days we stopped going.

This was our first trip to the Embassy Suite by Hilton Myrtle Beach. we enjoyed our 3 day weekend. It was amazing. The oceanfront view was astonishing and breathe taking, and we enjoyed the evening cocktail and breakfast what a combination. The staff was very friendly and helpful facilities were clean and well maintained. Also, we enjoyed our couples massage at Spa33.We gave our massage therapist Elsa and Aimee a thumbs up they made our first couples massage very memorable. I hope I'm spelling their names correctly ,also Wendy and Amy at front desk did a great job it was a mixed up once we got there about our scheduled appointment but those ladies worked everything out for us and everything turned out great.We will be visiting again very soon.

We had no complaints during our stay.

Beautiful facility and suite. Onsite bar and restaurants were a real plus and the breakfast was great.

Check in was at 4:00 (Much too late in my opinion, but all hotels seem to have moved to this time. My guess is that it allows them extra time so they can hire less housekeepers to clean the rooms) and they didn't have but two staff members checking in guests. I think I was 8th in line when I arrived shortly after 4:00. My thoughts are if you are going to make me wait until 4:00 to check in you should have all hands-on deck to keep waiting in line to a minimum. I listened to two families behind me panicking because they had to get their kids to a ball tournament and were running out of time.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. The amenities offered to our young kids made this trip so much fun. The splash water park was great for all kids. We have children ranging from 3 to 8, and all of them were able to enjoy it. My oldest was also able to take on the bigger slides, which were so much fun as well. The pool was very enjoyable and there were plenty of seating options located around all of the water features. The beach was just a few steps away and was very clean and enjoyable. We loved that this hotel resort offered a hot complimentary breakfast. Having 4 kids, it was so convenient to have this option every morning instead of getting in the car and finding somewhere to eat. The breakfast was great and featured all kinds of options including a hot buffet, a la cart options, as well as an omelet station. It was also convenient to have 2 restaurants on site and the ability to order food straight to your chair while lounging by any of the water features. Overall, we had a nice relaxing stay with our family and would definitely return again.

I really have no complaints. Our stay was very enjoyable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was served every morning. We had fun at the pools and waterslides. The beach was great and wasn't overly crowded. We did eat at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was really good. We would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have more seating at the pool. There is a lot already, but with the amount of people there, it was hard to find somewhere to sit. We ended up putting our stuff on the wall just so it was out of the way until we were lucky enough to get chairs as someone else was leaving. Other than that, which wasn't really a big issue, there wasn't much we didn't like.

The resort as a whole is always a treat! The location- prime! Staff- friendly and amazing. Resort property- immaculate. We love it there!

The flow of breakfast could always be better. We visited at a time when there were several family reunions going on so we expected more people and longer wait times but it just seems like with the anticipation of more people, the resort would have a better system in place for a smoother flow at breakfast.
