Breakfast was awesome. Great choices both hot and cold. Hotel was nice, clean and very comfortable. Loved the nature walk trail and the location was great.

Did NOT like the door being banged on, being woken up early by the maid (even with the do not disturb sign on the door) and being argued with when I told her we were not ready to check out that she needed to clean the room because we were checking out that day and still had 3 hours left to check out. I had to tell her no 3 times and finally just close the door. This was the only negative experience.

I LOVED the 12 noon check out, breakfast was served until 11:00. I did not have anywhere to go until 2:00, the check out time allowed for me to not be rushed to get out and do nothing. I was in town for a funeral and giving he extra morning time was wonderful.

My bill was higher than I told given at my booking, I waited to pay until I arrived and was not expecting the $40 plus dollars more.

Perfectly clean. Everything looks and smells brand new. No dirt, dust, or odors in the room. Very comfortable bed. soothing, relaxing colors throughout the hotel. great lighting in the rooms that allows for relaxation. excellent lighting in the sink area for getting ready. Ample space well decorated but not overdone.

Nothing… only improvement I would make is a mirror on the closet door opposite the vanity, to make styling your hair easier.

This was a very nice place

I like everything about this place. We had an appointment at MUSC in Charleston. Drove two hours got up at 6am to next morning for heart appointment at Ashley River Tower that was about 45 minutes to.

My view was great saw the pool & walking trail from my window. Breakfast area was really nice & clean Nice snack & quick meal options for purchase down in the lobby & bar seemed nice

Booked for 2 adults & had 3 kids with me. The 2nd day when asked for a towel re up was limited to 2 towels which wasn’t enough for my family of 5

Staff was excellent. Room clean, bed very comfy, pleasant odor throughout the hotel. I thought the breakfast was included when I booked, but unfortunately was not. Breakfast was adequate.

The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy

Check-in was a bit strenuous, and I wish there was more choice at breakfast

The staff was wonderful, even answered my 4 am call and helped me with my internet. And the hotel and my room was very clean. Overall excellent stay.

Room was very comfortable and included everything I needed.

Something went on with the lights over the sink be side they wouldn't come on this morning.
