The location was great, my front desk personnel checking was amazing but the lady checking out was not as pleasant. She also did not seem knowledgeable on her job and how to work the computer programs. She also chased me out into the parking lot while I was navigating two small children, along with a luggage cart and had me come back inside to check out bc she ended up over charging me and then realized it and issued a credit.

Did not like the parking situation especially checking in without having a place to pull up and unload first.

The free breakfast is nothing to brag about. The only thing good about were the eggs. The sausage links,sausage patties were disgusting. The coffee however was quite good.Also there is false advertisement concerning this particular place. There is no bar, and there's no dining room. It is false I advertisement.

That it’s very spacious! The staff at the front desk and who do breakfast are very professional & amazing . It’s close by everything and the list of restaurants was a big help .

Handicap room was spacious but needs to be updated there’s a hole in the ceiling that looks from a leak that needs to be fixed the toilet paper holder needs to be fixed again. The curtains were not easy to close if it’s handicap accessible. I had to get up on the table to attach the curtains because they were off the hook . One of the beds didn’t have the cover to protect the bottom frame so you can see the material hanging under the bed . The sink drain is broken you have to lift it up to let the water out after washing your hands in the bathroom and the water pressure is very low .

The bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, and room was clean, but breakfast was horrible. The eggs were terrible, no options for pancakes or fruit. Just a sad frozen but warmed up biscuit, couple of plain bagels or toast, even coffee options in the room were terrible. No creamer provided for room. The breakfast was something I always loved about staying at a Residence Inn.

This is a usual hotel for me and my family. The staff is very nice. The ladies that make breakfast are always so sweet. They have something a lot of places don’t have and a wide variety for the whole family. My spouse loves the egg whites, waffles and creamy grits. I love the waffles and different sausages they have. And the kids love the waffles and eggs. It reminds us of home. Just an all around great experience. They’re close to all the good eats and Azalea Square if you want to do a little shopping. Northwoods mall is only about 20 minutes away for major shopping. We love this hotel!

They ran out of apple juice one morning but I don’t think they knew. So not their fault!

Clean property and great location. Stayed here for a family cruise out of Charleston. Better value for close proximity. Breakfast was great with many options. Something for everyone in our group of 6.

Needs a covered entrance that a car can park under while loading and unloading. It was raining when we arrived and left and had luggage and a family of 6. Also the front desk staff was slow and stand offish. It didn’t seem like she particularly enjoyed her job.

We loved everything!! The lady checking us in, Melissa, was so kind and welcoming. she was very helpful. The lobby was beautiful. The hot chocolate bar was so cool. We were amazed at the room with the full kitchen. we also loved the bathrooms, bed, and TV. my FAVORITE part was the breakfast though. it was soooo good and fresh. Linda and her dark haired friend are some of the nicest people on this earth. They handed out treats and fresh baked cookies. Everything was also just so clean. We will 100% be back.

We had 4 people but only enough pillows and towels for 2-3.

I loved that the room has kitchen, room was so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very nice and respectful and was able to get me in a little earlier and made it to where my family and I was able to have rooms next to each other.

The facility looked fresh and new upon arrival. The area around the hotel was really cool too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was super nice and exceeded our expectations.

The elevators smelled really bad -- like garbage or stinky fish -- the entire stay. We just took the stairs. Also, the continental breakfast was ok but not the best ever -- could have been much worse.

I love the hotel but I used third party to book and when I was on site told me my total was 144.56 looked on my online banking I was charged 170 total different price

The only thing was the charge of the room very disappointed
