Staff/manager was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in a little early. Room was super clean, smelled nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent; eggs, sausage, waffle maker. Location provides many restaurants and shopping nearby.

Location is a plus, but also a negative. Although we cant blame the hotel management for this, the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant with a patio, used for live music. We were forced to listen to a 70s rock cover band until midnight.

Location and beautiful helpful staff

Pool closed rooms need updating. Walls need to be painted, the bathroom needs to be rechaulked.Need an elevator old folks had to climb stairs with a suitcase not safe. Could we try installing an outside of the building elevator. I didn't see where one could be installed inside. Walk into the lobby and go to the exit door elevator could be installed there. The long walk to the rooms wouldn't be that bad if you didn't have to do staircase & suitcases.

LIKED THE LOCATION & STAFF WAS AWESOME & WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO MAKE SURE OUR STAY WAS COMFORTABLE (4wks after husband knee surgery)

The neighbors in 122 with kid keeper slamming the door until about 1030pm and then again this morning I opened the door but they had stopped when I did that

Good value, clean, comfortable beds and a good breakfast.

The light over the sink wasn't bright enough to see one's reflection. I used a hand mirror and sat in front of the window to apply makeup.

The staff was very nice the facilities were clean and so was our room. The bed was super comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it, and the location was close to everything.

It's right off of 26. Which makes it easy to enjoy Summerville and Charleston. The staff was very nice.

Traffic in the area is horrible.

It was well maintained and clean.

We were in a non smoking room but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
