The manager Mia was rude 😒 when I got there on July 11 to the 18 Abby check me . I book on booking they changed me 1, 220 dollars alone with maintenance free came up to be 1,550 I paid it 2 days later I went to bank I saw it i was 1460 charged extra on my card . I spoke with Abby she act like she didn't know what was going on . I spoke with the young man he tryed to help i spoke to another lady she said that was crazy even the bartender try helping. I aunt was in a coma im not from there from new York city my auntie pass away MiA told me if I wanted me 1460 I had to leave the property just for asking for my money. So instead of leaving on 18 of July we had to leave the property on the 16 trying to found some where to go . MiA need to be talk to . That was wrong of her

We had a nice stay at this location. Great location, not too far from downtown or the beach. The staff was very nice!

I wanted to share my experience regarding breakfast. During check-in, the front desk staff mentioned breakfast several times, leading me to believe it was complimentary. I ended up spending over $50 on two French toasts, a parfait, and I believe 2 drinks. I also heard several other guests express surprise when they realized breakfast wasn’t free. Although this isn’t a huge deal it was a surprise.

I liked the gym and the comfort and cleanliness of the bed. I also liked that I felt safe.

The shower had black mold around the bottom, the towels were empty so I had to ask for more and it seemed like the towels were being rationed, it took forever for us to be checked in and the clerk was unclear about how much my cost would be which was 200 dollars more than booking.com said it would be so that was disappointing. There was. Also a reddish brown splatter across the bottom of the wall which I had to clean with a wet wipe. I don’t know if it was blood or what but that was sketchy.

The location was great. The highway is super close to enter and exit. Enough parking. Restaurants close by. Staff was very helpful. We ordered a crib, and they had it the next day ordered for our room. Room was clean and comfortable.

The noise level. Unfortunately, we had someone above us who was so loud late at night that we couldn't fall asleep. Bring your earplugs!!! If you're a light sleeper. Breakfast was ok. It's Starbucks bistro and a little expensive.

I guess we miss understood that the Breakfast was actually a bistro. So we were disappointed because we had hoped to save money but the staff were great. We had called many hotels in the area and to be honest chose this one because the staff were professional and didn’t sound shady. Great room and gym, though we didn’t use the gym, and quiet. Our AC started making a loud sound which was annoying but they comped us a night because we had a lot of stuff and didn’t want to move.

The room is beginning to look "tired". Sticky carpets, cracked tiles in the bathroom, the A/C sounded like a jet turbine engine every time it switched on, but there was no one at the front desk to report it to when we left, The Starbucks coffee counter staffed by one person (totally overwhelmed) but did her best to cope. Given there was no complimentary coffee visible (and no, the coffee in the room with the coffee make is NOT considered as real coffee), we left feeling a little disappointed. .

Staff were nice & accommodating and rooms were clean and comfortable. Bar w/ tvs & pool table in common area. Check out was at 12pm!!

I don't know if it was booking.com or the property that puts this information, but the room I selected said it came with a patio. This hotel does not have patios attached to rooms. The drain in our shower was clogged a little and caused slow drainage. There was also a light not working by the fridge area. Room# 415

Front desk woman was very courteous with helping to get guests in room above to stop making noise suggestive of someone thumping on the floor

The food at restaurant food was mediocre, service was poor, n the salad was advertised to b an arugula salad and it was in totality only iceberg lettuce, some shredded cheese n croutons - false advertising, not to mention inadequate product

Location was good. Parking was okay but lot filled up quickly every night.

The staff needs to learn better customer service etiquette. Front desk had a hard time finding my reservation and kept implying that I must have canceled it or was at the wrong hotel or something. Also, housekeeping came around early to knock on doors to make sure guests were checking out.
