Friendly staff

Double charged at checkin, having to wait 7 days for the money to come off hold at my bank. Woke up on the morning to leave with the ceiling leaking on the bed this was at 3 am. Was told at checkout we’d of moved you to another room, I’m thinking at 3 am who wants to move at 3 am. Would have thought maybe that the hotel would have done more except I’m sorry this happened. Especially since it out of our control. Makes me not want to stay here again.

Room was large but had not been deep-cleaned in a while. The gym was well equiped.

The tables and chairs at breakfast were not clean.

The size of the room and the fact that it came standard with a pull out couch, where with other hotels that is extra. The walk in shower was great! The breakfast had to be one of the best I've had at a hotel.

The thermostat was a little tricky. One night the hall smelled of marijuana and even seeped into my room where my baby and I were. One night I came in and wanted something sweet. I was the first person at the counter with my baby and small luggage then a couple came in after me. The employee helped the couple that came in after me and told me I had too much going on! Not sure if he was joking or not, but I was there first and should've been helped first. Breakfast could serve maybe turkey sausage for breakfast instead of just pork. There are people that do not eat pork. Need more and better working luggage carts. There were two downstairs and one was really hard to roll.

I stayed Dec 24 and checked out Dec 25 Christmas day. I had an emergency with my car after check out. The reception worked on Dec 25 morning （forgot ask his name）really really helped us out. It was so appreciated 👏 💐 🥳 💛 Apart from that, room is clean, staffs are nice, good breakfast. Very good experience

Room was large and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, stayed 2 days and there was a bit of variation. Pretty quiet, even being on the 1st floor

Minor gripes: I didn't care for the placement of the TV (just one that could turn to face the bedroom or the living room). Also didn't love the sink area being outside the bathroom. Having to go to the lobby to use microwave in the room was a bit of an annoyance. But none of these are deal-breakers that would keep me from booking again.

Breakfast was awesome with the staff. Ms. Scott and other staff were absolutely awesome. Checkin with Sheena was awesome and the rest of the front desk crew. The only concern of my trip was cleaning of the room. Despite no sign outside of my door my room was only cleaned 3 out of 6 days we stayed. I had to ensure I had cleaning materials to clean and dump our own trash. Overall front staff at checkin Ms. Sheena and Ms. Scott were wonderful they made the stay feel awesome!!! Thank you!!

How many times my room was cleaned and the elevator was really slow maintenance guy got stuck for 20 minutes but we helped get him help.

breakfast was good, sausage could be cooked a little more, they looked boiled. the staff at the front desk were great!! the bed was very soft and comfortable. the room service parm fries were the best thing i ate all weekend.

our room key opened every door EXCEPT the door from outside back into the pool area. Nobodys cards were working at that door. there were quiet a few people not picking up after their dogs back in the smoking area, it got tracked all over the sidewalk by someone and in the door outside our room, it also made the area queit fly infested and smelly in the heat.

The Breakfast was very good, would have liked to have sausage also. The gentleman that was working the night when we checked in I believe his name was Dante he said he was new he was absolutely exquisite very kind to my special needs daughter the food that he cooked us was very good. We had the hamburgers fries and the turkey sandwich was absolutely out of this world. We hope to see him when we return in three months again.

The only thing that I had a issue with was the shower it didn't drain very well. It just filled up with water.

This place was incredible, I didn't want to leave as soon as I walked in! The size of the room was insane, we felt like we were in a small apartment! The couch was an amazing inclusion, giving us a separate area to sit and rest at night. The bed was the comfiest bed I have slept in at a hotel and the breakfast was superb with so many different options, they even changed in the 2 days we were staying there which gave nice variety. I am now only wanting to book Hyatt Place locations for the rest of our travels!

I couldn't fault anything with this property, would highly recommend if you are in the North Charleston area
