The rooms were beautiful and majority of the staff were very polite. The blonde bartender with the glasses was incredibly sweet and a delight to speak with when grabbing drinks after spending a day shopping. Also, I appreciate the lady heating up the double tree cookies to make sure we had them warm when we checked in!

We had someone come by our room 3 times (before the listed check out time) asking if we were planning to check out. The day before we checked out, we came back to our rooms to find that our key cards had been deactivated. When we went to the front we discovered this was due to them not asking for a card when I had originally checked in (they needed one on file in case of damages, etc). My partner went to the front to give him his card and stated that he had never been treated so rudely by a front desk person. He’s a pilot and a diamond member and travels quite a bit, so this was a bit alarming for me.

Room was great. Hotel is nice, clean and quiet. I requested a room with a bathtub and received a shower only room. Other than that no complaints or issues.

I would have preferred a room with a tub instead of a shower only room. It would be helpful if it was more clear in the room description. I would have booked a room with a tub specifically if option was available.

it was clean, the lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and the room were clean.

the advertisement on booking said that breakfast was included. we selected the property specifically because it mentioned breakfast included. with small children this would’ve been helpful. however, when we got there one of the workers said breakfast was not included. I emailed the property via the booking app and I didn’t hear back at all.

We enjoyed our comfortable stay overall.

Staff was not all that polite. If the kiddos asked for cookies was like she was holding them hostage as they only went to ask once a day. She didn't even have courtesy to tell about amenities or where elevators located or a smoke enjoy your stay.

The location was great. Food at their restaurant was expensive. $14 for 6 wings!!! But there are PLENTYYYYYY of food options less than 2 mins down the road. The mall is nearby with several restaurants near too. Room was clean and cozy. Pool was nice and the front desk staff was sooo sweet! They were AMAZING and accommodating. Will stay again!❤️

The breakfast was very. Good. The choices were basic but it allowed the kitchen to be very fast. Our bedroom was very large and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The room overlooked the highway but was not too noisy. We heard no sound from neighbor rooms. We’ve stayed in crappy rooms that were twice the price in downtown Charleston. We had to pay 3x to have a nice room downtown. We’ve been coming often and don’t always want to spend a lot. North Charleston is a good value and a 20 min easy drive to downtown. I know it’s silly but I also love the free Doubletree cookies.

We had a one bedroom suite and the living room was a good size but very dark. Two small lamps and a can light by the door. There was no natural light. The room was fairly clean except for some leftover takeout and a full trash can left hiding in a cabinet. We tried to walk to a nearby coffee shop but decided it was too dangerous - no sidewalks and heavy traffic streets. We ordered a coffee at the bar instead… it was fine. The bathroom had a barn door instead of a proper door so privacy was lacking.

The 2nd room was fantastic and the staff was awesome. My check in was most pleasant. The front desk lady was most helpful and the cookies were awesome

The first room I got, the door looked like it was once broken into. But the front desk lady handled it right away and my stay turned out great!

The size of the room was wonderful! It had a huge living room, a huge bedroom which was separate from the living room, and a very spacious bathroom that had a door, just a very welcoming feel to it.

Nothing, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The property is beautiful, and conveniently located near all the major attractions.

There were issues with my reservation, as changes were made prior to my arrival. Marissa was excellent in resolving this for me, however, there was a staff member at the front desk (forgot to get her name) that was rude and could care less if our issue was resolved.

The only problem I experienced was the room I had booked had viewed given keys to the room after check in me and my husband went out on the town return back to learn that they had given our room to someone else but it was handled with profession I was assigned another room
