The desk staff and the housekeeping staff will friendly honest .and helpful. My daughter left her purse. it was turned in nothing missing.

The only thing I was not impressed with was the breakfast maybe it was just that Sunday morning but the bacon was swimming in grease and very limp. The eggs tasted like they had been cooked in a pan that had something else kind of sweet in it but other than that it was good

The staff are very friendly and the lobby/ room were very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent as well. You're surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants. Super close to the highway but you don't hear any road noise.

This is a basic hotel, so not a lot of extras in your room, but honestly it was perfect for a weekend away. It did include a continental breakfast, but the breakfast did not really offer that much. Packaged granola bars, packages of oatmeal, and cereal.

Pet friendly, clean areas to walk dog, doggie waste stations with bags! 🐾😁 very nice basic room-clean! Bfast was good, cereal, juice, Jimmy dean biscuits, fruit, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese, toast. Lobby clean and bright and inviting.

Air conditioner in room was very, very loud, sounded like a small airplane taking off and landing, however we were happy to have air! Room could have a second chair in it. Pillows flat.

We enjoyed how close the hotel was to restaurants and shops. We also liked that it was right off of the interstate. The staff were friendly and very helpful!

My husband really enjoyed the breakfast but i am allergic to eggs and i wish there would have been more hot options for those of us who can’t consume eggs. i enjoyed the bagels but maybe some grits, waffles, or toast for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or some hot potatoes/hash browns.

I love this hotel so much! I will always choose staying with Avid over any other hotel. It is always so clean and the staff is always so friendly.

The only thing that I wish was different with this hotel is that I'm not able to hook up my Playstation, Nintendo Switch, or other consoles onto the WiFi. I'm not sure why but it would be awesome if this was a possibility in the future!

The hotel was very nice. The location is very close to other of stores and dinning. The hotel was well maintained and up to date. The decor was modern and well put together. The staff was nice. Out room was ready for check in.

The only thing was the room wasn't very big, but it was an ok size and had everything you might need. And the iron was leaking water, so we couldn't use it.

It was very clean and great location. It was right near lots of restaurants and shopping. It had a great variety for breakfast and you can get coffee and tea 24 hours.

This was not the hotel’s fault but whoever was above us was jumping around and rolling the desk chair around until 1:00 in the morning. We were awake until they finally stopped.

Location and breakfast were very good. Had issue with hvac system and notified staff and they had the Maintenace man in our room right away to fix the issue.

Room was a little cramped and not enough space for two people to sit in the room without having to sit up in the bed, but it was a room with two twin beds the king size might have been better not sure as we didn't see a king room.

Hotel was clean and new, staff was professional and friendly, coffee was amazing and breakfast was good. Liked that there was an area for my dogs that was clean and safe with baggies and waste station. Would definitely recommend and stay again at this hotel or another Avid! 10/10

Met all my expectations

Nice clean room, they are small and don’t have many amenities. Do have mini fridge, iron, hair dryer. No microwave or coffee maker, dresser for clothing or closet. Had to go down stairs for microwave, coffee, snacks or ice. Not much outside sitting area either. Good location though.
