Hotel staff was fabulous. So accommodating and friendly. Everything was clean, will definitely stay there again

Something wrong with the telephone. Woke us up at 4 am rang once then disconnected, happened about 4 times and I unplugged the phone. Plugged it back in the next day and the same thing happened, unplugged again and told the front desk it was unplugged. Alarm clock also did not work.

Loved checkout was 12noon !! I was allowed to go to go to 8:30am church service with my during the family reunion and get back in time to check out .

This hotel doesn't have an elevator!! I was lucky , the clerk was able to find me a room on first floor. I have really bad knees, waiting for knee surgery. Wasn't sure I said it listed that you didn't have an elevator?

Perfect spot for overnight stay before leaving for a Cruise, and for staying a night after Cruise is over before driving home. ........ Breakfast was better than expected.

Fridge not getting very cold, toilet running noise, no elevator for bringing large suitcases up stairs .

Location was convenient

Our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and bugs were crawling on one of the night stands.Attendant on duty was very accommodating & moved us to another room. The attendant that checked us out the next morning was not friendly at all!

location was great. easy access to the interstate and so many restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very nice. felt very safe there traveling with my daughter and two grand kids.

wish they would have provided more stuff for breakfast. no fruit no bagels or cream cheese. Just waffles and cereal muffins. A better variety would be nice. Even some toast or something else.

it was close to the highway, and 10 mins away from where our friends live! liked having the BJS and banks nearby as well!

it was clean but very dated, had to wait a few minutes for the tub to drain, no fan in the bathroom, everything was foggy

I checked in at almost 11:00 pm for just one night with my family. We slept late and went down to breakfast at 9:00am. When we were served and sat down an employee simply started taking everything out. I thought it was disrespectful because we were there and we could have wanted something more, he could have waited for us to finish to keep it.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The staff during check in was friendly. The location to shopping and the interstate was very convenient.

The shower head was hard to adjust. Water would get on the floor. The tub, though clean, was stained. The check out clerk didn't say a word as I checked out.

Clean, quiet comfortable and the best water pressure in the shower ever. Loved that the rooms have "real" bathrooms with a door.

The lady working the evening shift at front desk when we checked in was rude. It is always something at a hotel sadly.

Love this location. Everything nearby you could need but tucked into a quiet setting. Staff so friendly and accommodating.

Can't think of a thing.
