Very nice quiet location.

The traffic getting in and out.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times and they never seem to let me down. Check in was at 4pm but I got into town a little before 2pm and was able to get a room! The size of the room was great! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! It was very quiet at night and I was able to park my car in a visible spot! The water got very hot, very fast!

The staff could’ve been more friendly. I asked for a walk in shower and did not get one. I had to fight my door every night to get into my room. I’m not sure what was wrong but it would not open on the first try. It almost seemed like I was breaking into my own room! I would’ve asked for another room but I did not want to pack all my things up again! I did let the desk attendant know before I left. The breakfast was not good. The eggs and sausage were in a warmer and still was not warm. They were very bland.

Hotel was clean, bedding and towels clean and nice quality.

Where it was located. Our choice I know but a bit far out from where we wanted to be and to find somewhere to eat we did have to get a lyft as the traffic was very busy and very fast all the time. Breakfast was very basic, cereal and bagels plus eggs and biscuits but its fine to keep you going until lunch and was kept filled up regularly.

Great staff, very nice hotel. Looking forward to returning to it this fall.

The door to my sister's room, #320, was difficult to open. She could not get out of the room without assistance. After the second day, I mentioned it to the housekeeper and she immediately contacted maintenance who fixed the door. I appreciated the quick action. May want to ask staff to bring any problems to the manager's attention for appropriate repairs or replacement. Also it would be nice to have a guide to the TV channels in the room, and also make sure the channel numbers are correct.

The hotel was clean. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the inside was very nicely decorated. The room was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! The price was extremely reasonable for this hotel.

Nothing about the property. It was a little difficult to get to coming into it because I had to cross 3 or 4 lanes of traffic as soon as I came off the exit ramp.

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Temperature was comfortable. Waffle maker.

The fact that I asked for a walk in shower and this hotel does not have them and I was not notified of that. The breakfast selection. The parking lot got crowded at night.

Very Clean and Spacious Room, Excellent location...Very Quiet and Peaceful surroundings...Perfect for what I was looking for! Very good hot breakfast...Staff were all great!! Part of the hotel was being utilized for the next-door University's Dorm "overflow", but that was not an issue or concern at all...Only the second floor was off-limits to males due to this.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location!

When I 1st checked in, I was given a room that was very noisy and vibrated due to the machine room next door. Fortunately the front desk was able to give me a different room although it wasn’t the same King suite I was very happy to be moved!

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and the hotel area was clean and well-maintained.

I have no complaints, I wish there were walk-in showers because it would have been helpful and easier for my mother to use them.

It was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The bathroom sink was cracked and the bed was a little firmer than I like but that’s just me being picky. It was also tricky with the traffic but again that’s not something the hotel can help.
